It's a great Hotel. It's a bit far from downtown San Cristobal but its well worth it. Very calming atmosphere and great gardens. Very nice place to relax. The restaurant has great food. The staff is very helpful and nice. The hotel it's self is beautiful.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. It is a beautiful place with very big gardens with trees and flowers. The rooms are good. Not very luxurious but kind of nice, and clean. The staff is nice and helpful. There is also a good restaurant for breakfast with low prices. You only need to walk like 4 blocks to... More

Nice hotel. The courtyard is pleasant, and the staff is very helpful! And friendly! Unlike some other hotels we have stayed in in Mexico lately. The owner asked how we were doing! Yes, the rooms are cold, but San Cristobal is cold at night. The beds are a bit hard, that is really the only criticism I have. It is... More

delightful hotel in an old colonial house. About 10 minutes easy walk from the centre of town. Rooms well equipped but cold and dark, the only downside!! The room had a fireplace but no way of lighting a fire.. that would have been nice considering the chilly climate of San Cristobal. Very attractive gardens with trees, shrubs and plenty of... More

The hotel is in a lovely location so it has a view of the city from the gardens, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a drink, the surrounding building is charming and beautiful. When choosing a room ask if you can look around because some are definitely better than others. The staff at the hotel we're very... More

This hotel is courtyard style with rooms arranged around a series of courtyards and a lovely garden with a variety of labelled trees and shrubs to relax in. The room was a good size and the bed would easily have slept 4 grown adults in comfort! There was free wifi and a good breakfast, although if you ask for a... More

The only time I was warm i the hotel was when I was practically toasting myself by the fire in the restaurant, otherwise I spent most of my time there swaddled in as many layers as I had brought. Knowing that nights are pretty cool in San Cristobal I'm surprised that the hotel had not more provision for heating throughout.... More

We were in San Cristobal de las Casas for the final nights of our trip, we spent New years eve there. Upon arriving at Rincon del Arco, I immediately liked this place. It has a quirky charm to it,old mixed with new. Our room was very clean, pretty small it had a fireplace which I totally loved. My husband did... More

The biggest attraction of this hotel is its great colonial looks: arches, pillars, patios and a nice garden. Located in a quiet area not too far away from the city centre. The restaurant food was pretty nice too, although breakfast was a bit on the mediocre side. Not all rooms have windows so some of them can look dark and... More

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. The location is a little out of the center. This means it is nice and quiet at night, but is a little bit further to walk to the Zocalo and restaurants etc. It's about 6 blocks away. I'm a female traveler, traveling alone and I didn't feel unsafe walking this when it... More
