I´ve visited San Cristobal three times, the three I´ve stayed here, with Family, Friends and Couple. The thing I love about this place is that is very Centric, about two blocks from downtown and it has very affordable prices. The staff is very nice, they offer coffee in the morning (not breakfast), I´m not sure if they have WIFI, I´ve... More

This is a budget hotel in a great location. We stayed there two nights and we were quite happy with our stay. Traveling with a car completely full of worldly possessions meant that secure parking was a priority. They have a very secure parking area that they only open to allow a car to enter or exit. The hotel is... More

This is a delightful place just off the main street where all the activities take place in San Cristobal. Although the rooms are tiny, they are super clean. Although a review here called the place a nightmare, it is great value, comfortable with friendly staff. The staff will arrange for a tour of Cascada de Agua Azul and Misol-ha and... More

The only two advantages of this hotel are the location (just a short walk from the main street) and the staff at the frontdesk: helpful and kind. Unfortunately, all the rest has been disastrous. Small room, very very humid and dirty also (hair in the bathroom). A single small window that looks out into the hallway. And no heating ...... More

This hotel deserves mention as a fine place to stay for its friendly service and quirky Don Quiojote decor. A great value with friendly service and comfortable rooms (though they vary in size--ask to see several). This hotel has fast wi-fi, plenty of hot water, comfortable and pleasantly clean beds with thick blankets, and secure off-street parking. It's sandwiched between... More

When you visit San Cristóbal the less thing you want to do is to stay at the hotel. That is exactly what you get here, a place to rest and a shower. The rooms are small but the bed is confortable and you have hot water plus Wi-Fi and coffee every morning at a very reasonable price, what else can... More

We staid here for 3 nights. The rooms are clean but very small. The staff is very helpful (although not at all in sync) and the location is perfect with all the cosy bars/restaurants and the zocalo in walking distance. We staid in room number 1, right in front of the reception and we're woken up several times in the... More

A good spot to stay a couple of days. Staff is friendly but maybe not always so quick (Mexican style). Only downside I can think of is a bad smell coming from the closet and that the hot water takes forever to warm up. Location couldn't be better, near everything.

It was cheap, clean, quiet, good location, and with the best staff ever... They were super kind, always smiling and willing to help. I would stay here again! And with free coffee every morning... awesome!

Positives: Clean, affordable, good Wi-Fi, friendly helpful front desk staff, friendly maids, quick access to the “walking” street attractions, plenty of blankets, free bottled water, free morning coffee, no smoking, 7 AM early check-in Negatives: Windows open to the inside halls, no outside sitting area, small crowded rooms, limited electrical outlets We stayed three nights at $380 pesos per night....
