It was a tough decision where to stay on our first trip to Oaxaca, and I'm glad I chose Casa de Siete Balcones. Upon arrival we were greeted by the most friendly of staff. Elsa was very friendly and accommodating and gave us a lot of great advice. The hotel is located in an old abbot if what I heard... More

This hotel has a great location. The room I was in was medium sized, had lot's of natural light, and looked out over pedestrian roads that made for good people watching. Surprisingly, t wasn't that noisy with the balcony doors closed.

We recently enjoyed a beautiful visit to Oaxaca, and we are so happy we decided to stay at this hotel. The location could not have been better, right on the pedestrianized street and close to the zocalo. We most often ended up in the area around the cathedral (the opposite end of the pedestrian street), but that was easy as... More

Had a 3 night stay, and it was great. Small quiet hotel in a fantastic location. The staff are super friendly! They give you full information on all touristy things to do on arrival, and are always happy to answer any questions. The rooms are large, and have air conditioning. The balconies have a glass door, so you cannot hear... More

We stay there 3 splendids nights in the Bellavista suite. The staff is absolutely perfect and helpfull with problems we had with the car rental Alamo. This hotel have a perfect situation near the center of Oaxaca and far enought to past pacefull and quiet nights. Great breakfast and room was so lovely. Many thanks to you, we will be... More

We stayed here ealier this month, and we have nothing but great things to say about this hotel. The minute you arrive, you are greeted by the friendliest staff. They hand you all the information you need about Oaxaca. The room was spacious and clean, and looked out to the bustling street, which made for great people watching. The hotel... More

We chose this hotel based on the Trip Advisor review, and were not disappointed. The location couldn't be better if you plan to center your visit on the historic center of the city. Everything you might want to see and everywhere you might want to eat is within easy walking distance. Being a city of stone buildings with narrow stone... More

I spent 10 nights here last week and found this beautiful place to be quite wonderful. I enjoyed the smiles and advice from the knowledgeable staff, the delicious and healthy breakfasts, the charming room with fresh flowers everyday, and a location that is most convenient to all the museums, churches, and restaurants. I can't wait to return, especially for one... More

The hotel is very well located, just a couple of minutes from the Zocalo. Our room was comfortable and spacious. The bathroom was fine, but a little small compared to the room. Breakfast was good - fruit, granola, yoghurt, pastries. The staff were friendly and helpful, giving us assistance when we wanted to visit Monte Alban. This is a good... More

This is a wonderful place centrally located near everything. Everyone is so nice and helpful, both in the city and in this wonderful little hotel. The front staff make extra efforts to help with any of your plans for the day. The breakfast is good, as is the coffee. Make sure to order the oaxacan Tamale with black mole!
