My wife and I had the joy of staying at this great hotel for 7 consecutive days. The service was excellent both in the hotel room as well as the dining room. The internet service was also very good. The receptionists went out of their way to be helpful. Its central location was excellent for walking to downtown stores, parks,... More

We were looking for a nice, clean, traditional place to rest comfortably when visiting Oaxaca. And it was delightful to find this special hotel. For us mexicans, with a foreing visitor, was very important to have him feel at home, and it was so. There are many things that helped: colonial type, cozy, small but not too much, the athmosfere:... The rooms are very nice, and very clean. The hotel employees go out of their way to make you feel at home. They form cute animals with towels and leave you a hersheys kiss every afternoon. We considered tjis a nice gesture to make you feels at home. The terrace and the lobby are so pretty. The birds they have... More

This was a trip with a group on a humanitarian project in Oaxaca. The hotel was chosen by the leader of our group and we all agreed that he made a great choice. I researched the hotel on TripAdvisor before we came down from the US and knew in advance that I wanted a room at the rear of the... More

Wonderfully charming, clean, clean, clean!! Welcoming environment, helpful staff. Great location, walking distance to Zocolo and historic part of the city. Beautiful courtyard for sitting and reflecting on all the festivities of the city!

Stayed here for 3 nights in March, perfect location, close to the Zocalo. Clean, comfortable and spacious rooms. King bed was great! The food in the restaurant is delicious, and the staff were always happy and ready to help us. Would highly recommend staying here when in Oaxaca.

Very good downtown location just a block or two from Zocolo and easy walk to most of Oaxaca's sites. We stayed five nights in February in one of the suites and it was very spacious. Booking was strait forward and airport pickup was perfect as we were first time visitors. The staff were helpful, the hotel very clean and comfortable.... More

First time in Oaxaca and we spent six nights at the Parador San Miguel. Standard room was a bit small, but they upgraded us at no extra charge to a very nice room on the first floor. The location is a block and a half off the Zocalo. Everything is near by. The hotel has a nice restaurant and central... More

What a beautiful hotel great rooms terrific With a terrific restaurant on site for any meal. I found value in cost although options for less money available but service is superior. Yes a bit of noise but convenience to mercados, museums and zocalo cathedral minutes away. Many main attractions adjacent make this a great place to stay. The ambience is... More

The Parador San Miguel is a good option for staying down by the Zócalo and the historic part of town. It's a charming old colonial hotel on a busy street - you're in the heart of things and you're going to hear city noise unless you're in a room that's more away from things and with less access to outside...
