Very nice hotel, clean room and staff spoke good English. Bathroom was clean with hot water. We had a room above the lobby facing the street which I thought might be noisy at night but it was actually fine. The only negatives are not enough tables for guests to eat breakfast and the horrible plastic sheet on the bed -... More

My friend stayed there for a night and allowed us the use of the room. A great deal under 50$, including breakfast. The room was large, with 2 double beds. It is an older hotel, but rooms do have some "air conditioning", in terms of a large desk fan. Bathroom was clean, with shower only. Very vivid colors abound in... More

Great little hotel, excellent location just one block from the Zocalo and the Mercado Benito Juarez across the street. Everyone at this hotel was attentive and cheerful would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a great value, not very fancy but extremely clean.

Excellent location, great service, beautifully decorated and Very clean . Across the street from the largest market, a couple of blocks from the zocalo and five blocks from the amazing Santo Domingo ex monastery . Would return! Hot water takes a bit long as this hotel was an old Colonial house which currently uses solar heating.

This clean, but basic hotel is located directly across from the market just south of the Zocalo. Overview: Excellent location. Kind, helpful people at reception. Decent breakfast and hours for breakfast. Eggs, fruit, toast, chilaquiles, water, tea and instant coffee. 7:30am - 10:30am. The wifi was very poor. I tried Trebol5 in my room because it was the strongest and... More

Perfect location and nice staff. Good rooms but don't count on aircon which in a classic old building like this is really just a fan. We found it a great place to stay and would recommend it. The courtyard for breakfast is calm and peaceful. Breakfast is "lite". Count on toast, fruit and scambed eggs. The one downside poor tea... More

The hotel is located a block from the Zocala. Close enoigh for a 2 minute walk, but not so close that it'd would be in your face. Its also located close to the local markets with great places to sample real local foods. The hotel is tastfully decorated and very well maintained with the exception of the hot water. At... More

We had a quick visit here and enjoyed every minute. We had a car so it was really helpful that they has offsite parking just a couple of blocks away. We were greeted with a very helpful map and lead to a tidy room with all the normal requirements. It a large space with a great bathroom.,"”"""

My stay at this hotel was quite pleasant. Temperature of the room was comfortable. Room was also clean and a bit spacious! Nice wooden finish. The décor of the hotel was chic and there were other picturesque elements. Will definitely return to stay here the next time I visit Oaxaca.
