Loved staying in this hotel during our two-week vacation in Oaxaca. Rooms are clean and staff is extremely friendly. Most of them speak English and their food is spectacular. Stayed here for a family wedding and really liked the hotel, staff, and location. Booked the reservation months in advance and had no issues as other reviewers have mentioned. Friendly, helpful staff, that go out of their way to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Immaculate updated rooms, with lovely patio area for relaxing with family and friends. We love the wonderful breakfast and lunch menu.. Great food and generousI portions.

I stayed here 3 nights for a friends wedding. They were beyond great. Clean rooms, tons of hot water, decent free wifi, and a nice enclosed garden area where you can hang out day or night. I stay here every-time I'm in Oaxaca,the staff is extremely friendly and the food is great, the rooms were recently renovated and are very clean and nice. This is my 8th time staying here and will be back!
