In this particular review, I would like to emphasize the attentive customer service I received during my stay. I went out alone to see the market the first day I was in town. I carried a purse and a phone. During my exploration, I decided to walk up to the Planeterio to look at the city from afar. I was... More

All I'm going to say is that it needs renovation. We were given room 124 and told it was renovated. See the pictures and you be the judge. We moved to 244 because the rewards floor was full and my friend and I are gold and platinum members of Fiesta americana rewards. Food is good and staff is friendly. Pool... More

Dear Guest (Iforest): Thanks a lot for sending your comments about your stay with us. I'm glad to know that you enjoy the food and the friendliness of the people as well as free transportation service to downtown. Regarding the remodeled rooms, we're making changes partially, initially carpets were changed by floors in some rooms. This year we will continue... More

I stayed here for four nights. Far from the center, but only a five dollars cab ride. The hotel has free shuttle, but the schedule of drop offs and pick ups are just not enough! The property is well appointed, but my room I thought needed remodeling. My door card opener was faulty and had to constantly have the front... More

We stayed last weekend at this property and as always it is a nice hotel, not so near to the center of Oaxaca, but they offered free transportation to it at a time schedule. As Fiesta Inn publicity mention, is a business hotel with clean nice rooms, gym and a nice swimming pool that is clean and heated all year... More

My wife and I stayed 3 nights at the Fiesta Inn Oaxaca and were very pleased with the hotel. The staff was friendly and check in fast. We got room 203 which overlooks an outer garden and a big wall that kept the city noises away. The hall was quiet as well and only once did I hear a door... More

I was recently at the hotel for a conference and was apprehensive after reading some of these reviews. I can say I was honestly surprised in a good way. The rooms were clean, well kept and service was good. I went with my family and we all enjoyed our stay. It was affordable and I felt safe at all times.... More

The rooms here are fine and the staff are friendly but the service is not great. Only one person working at front desk and takes forever to get checked in or even to ask a question. Service in restaurant is equally slow and so you wait a long time to be served and all the food arrives cold. They give... More

Rooms are dirty, I even got bitten by "chinches", like a flea. As well as my workmate in her room. Rooms ell like when your dog is wet after a long run. Walls let every noise in from the next room. Terrible.

Clean and comfortable across the street from the mall in the new part of the city. 10 minutes away from the historical downtown area which will cost you about M$35-M$50 each way. Would rather recommend for business travelers than those that want to appreciate the traditional colonial city

The Fiesta Inn in Oaxaca was the cheapest hotel that we had booked for our stay in Mexico, and to be honest, we weren't expecting too much. So when we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised. The rooms were of a decent size, very clean, and well appointed, the staff were very helpful, and the pool was very much appreciated! Like... More
