Great location near everything that matters. Secure parking. Very quaint and authentic. Two levels of accommodation: 'habitacion' which is fancier, and 'hostal' which is cheaper. We could only get into the 'hostal' which I entered with trepidation, imaging boarding school stuff. Not at all! The rooms are quite small it is true, but they house a double bed and private... More

After shopping a few hotels while walking around Oaxaca City, I landed here for 3 nights. It's right off the zocalo, but quiet and tranquil. I picked up a small room with private bath and a double bed for $500 pesos a night. Bed was comfortable, and hot water was consistent. No A/C, but never needed it. The building itself... More

Great hotel for the price -hard to find a better place in Oaxaca City for the price and central location. I have stayed here 5-6 times and I am never disappointed by either the staff, the ambiance, nor the security. I leave my camera gear etc in my room because I feel the hotel is safe enough to do that.... More

Very well located near the zocalo. Walkable to all site I'd interest. Where I'm not satisfied is that I got the reservation fron a site and for some obscure reason, they wanted to be paid directly instead of charging themself the site. Also Internet very unstable and made It very difficult to plan the trip the next day. Last but... More

Have you ever had to leave a hotel at 3:30am, well this was my first time too. I've stayed in this hotel for years, and it was really a good choice and a good value, in fact I had reviewed this hotel before, but this time everything went wrong, first of all they rose the price by almost 20% since... Antonios was good for a few days because of its good central location just outside the central park. Rooms are ok but basic. Wifi is good. Beds are also good but hard. As with many 2-3 star hotels in this part of the world, care should be taken with the electrically heated showers with exposed wires and light switches inside... More

This is the second time we stay here, last time was 10 years ago. The place is in a great location, rooms are clean, tv-cable, bathrooms could be better but are not bad in any way. Would stay there again easily, in a heartbeat in fact, but my only complaint was the guys at the reception desk, they really don't... More

The title says it all really. The hotel was clean, well-priced, and centrally located. The king bed room on the upper level was spacious and airy, and staff were attentive and helpful. Unfortunately things went downhill fast when it came time to actually use the room in the evening. The shower drain became blocked, flooding the bathroom and most of... More

We stayed 3 nights. Friendly staff and nice room with air conditioning. It was very reasonably priced and good location. They're using courtyard as parking, but I hardly see other guests come and go. Very quiet. Will come back here.
