The hotel was converted from the home of a naturalist and seems to possess a natural calmness. The rooms we saw were all of a standard size and well equipped. With narrow gardens between the wings of rooms. The design means that there is a shortage of natural light but it is unlikely that you will spend much time in... More

Situated just north of the Templo de Santa Domingo opposite a quiet square (Jardin Conzatti) with trees etc where you can simply sit in the shade & watch the world go by. Casa Conzetti is a very classy place to stay, attractive rooms - whilst there is no view as such - trees & shrubs between the parts of the... More

Lovely hotel, pleasant setting and helpful staff. A few blocks from the center on Oaxaca but a pleasant walk each day to get to the sites. Room a little small but all the amenities. The complimentary breakfast was well prepared; lunch and dinner menus looked ordinary, especially for Oaxaca.

What a delight to drive up to this hotel. For one thing it is just off the main centre, which is ideal because of proximity, but better it means that it is much quiter. It is set on a beautiful square which can be described as arboreal and is surrounded by great places to eat. It has terrific wifi and... More

This hotel is 10 minutes walk from the centre, located on a quiet little square. It's a traditional hotel with clean, cosy, comfortable rooms. The AC was a little noisy and we were near the kitchens which kept us awake, but elsewhere, things were quieter. There was a coffee machine in the room with limited sachets provided. Extras had to... Located in a quiet area of Oaxaca city, 10 – 15 minutes away from the historical center. Clean, AC, LCD TV, safe, Wi-Fi Internet free access, coffee & tea machine in the room. Good buffet breakfast on the first day, one juice, omelettes / fried eggs or pancakes, coffee / tea on the second day after 9.30 (they closed the... More

A modest, newish hotel well-located in Oaxaca: several blocks from Alcala, the walking street, maybe a half-mile north of the zocalo. There's a small park across the street with some artisans' stations in part of it. Our Christmas-Eve pasada wound through it. Though Oaxaca is boistrous during holidays, the hotel was distant enough from the celebrations to remain quiet. The... More

Very quaint boutique hotel with a homey feel and excellent service from the staff. We stayed here with three young children in the largest suite available and were very comfortable. The restaurant is nice and the location is a short walk to the city's main attractions. Bonus to have a park across the street with a churro stand that our... More

We recently spent a week here during the Day of the Dead festivities. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, with a park right across the street, and only about 8 blocks to the Zocolo. There is a small grocery store and a laundry nearby which was very convenient. The rooms are on the small side, and are equipped with... More
