We spent 4 days on Mexico City in this lovely house. The staff all welcomed us so warmly; told us where to go in their beloved city and most importantly where the best food is. Our room was impeccably clean with a lovely outlook to the garden. The breakfast in the morning is a great way to start your day... More

My husband and I recently spent 4 evenings at the Red Tree House and loved every minute of our stay there (and in Mexico City). The staff were so friendly and helpful- i have truly never experienced anything quite like their hospitality. They made dinner reservations for us and arranged for a driver to take us to Teotihuacan one morning.... More

Our family stayed at here for 4 nights and stayed at the "Amigos" room. The room is big and bright, with 2 Queen beds with very comfortable mattresses. The bathroom has a good size. The Red Tree House itself is gorgeous, beautifully decorated. The breakfast is fantastic. There's 2 types of cereal, yogurt, 2 or 3 types of fruit, a... More

I spent a week at the Red Tree House and the hospitality was so genuine. A real pleasure. Victor and Ernesto and the whole staff are so wonderful. No matter what you need or want or how many questions you ask . . . .they are there. Breakfast is delicious. The wine hour in the evening is where I met... More

My husband and I stayed here one night two years ago and we liked it so much we came back this year with another couple. We spend two nights in their Penthouse Suite, which had two bedrooms with their own bathroom. This place is like out of a movie set. The courtyard is beautiful and peaceful. Late afternoons they have... More

Believe all you read here and more. Perfect stay, perfect service, perfect area, wonderful accommodations. One can’t really say more than what it has been said already, but to express gratitude once again for making our stay so perfect. To all the staff of RTH: THANK YOU! You totally deserve to be No 1! With regards, Morten, Aleksander and Paula

This was our 5th year of staying at The Red Tree House. The quality and the service has never changed from being excellent. The staff are cordial, welcoming and very helpful. Breakfast never fails to impress. The location is perfect for dining out, the Metro, and just walking the streets of La Condesa. No one could ask for more.

A friend and I just spent three nights at the Red Tree House and now feel like we are part of the family. I think it would be impossible to find a place that would make you feel more welcome! It is more like a home form home than a commercial establishment. We felt so included and loved the beautiful... More

Amazing place to stay in a new city. Warm, welcoming, felt like home. Free breakfasts of some of the best food I ate in the amazing food capital that is the DF. Great, safe hipster area. The entire staff are on call 24/7, everyone speaks English (not that that matters to me, just was helpful for other non-Spanish speakers I... More

Our second visit to the Red Tree House was wonderful. They still have a wonderful, solicitous staff, beautiful rooms, and a great breakfast. This is the place to stay in Mexico City. The nightly happy hours are a great way to discuss sight-seeing and cultural options and meet interesting people. A quiet but lively neighborhood--it is very easy to get... More
