We arrived at 6am aftet an overnight flight. We we're given easy instructions to arrive, we were warmly greeted and they even had our room ready for us. Beautiful clean room and the BEST bed! All the staff were so helpful and kind. They offer an amazing breakfast with a different themed Mexican option each morning. Not only would we... More

Its all been said but I will reiterate that its perfect! Wonderful staff who love what they do and it shows. Garden rooms are on the small side but doable. The reason it is Almost Perfect and NOT PERFECT = One and only gripe is that we needed some papers scanned urgently and were told that they did not have... More

I go to Mexico for business often... and will never stay at another chain massive hotel. The RTH is simply the best... non-pretentious, lovely with an sincere caring staff... great food, great rooms, Wi-Fi, and again... a lovely caring staff. On my last stay, I had to change rooms three times as they were booked.. the alternative was a chain... More

There's not much I can add to what others have said. The staff, accomodations, location and atmosphere of this place is absoloutly magical. I don't know how our stay could have been any better. We met many other travelers and spent a number of days on adventures with the other guests. Just a few blocks from a huge park and... More

What a wonderful experience. Craig and company are about as accommodating and caring as you could ever ask for. The breakfasts were great. Happy hour was really fun -- relaxing in the patio and meeting some new friends. The rooms are comfortable and immaculate. When our group of 13 women arrived, it was, as you can imagine, a little like... More

Booked a room at this B&B that had so many great reviews and all I can say is if your coming to Mexico City this is the only place to stay. Such great service, the breakfasts are wonderful and happy hour is a great time to sit relax and meet new friends. The location is a great jumping off point... More

Can't say enough good things about the Red Tree House. The location and property are great, well appointed, spacious, modern and with all the amenities you should expect. But that's not what makes them great. The staff are amazing, and not in a "we're here for your money" way. The genuinely love their city and want to share it with... More

Craig and his staff go so far out of the way to make you comfortable. Even to the point of trying to give us money back when a house near by decided to have a LOUD party! We could not allow it as the service and food, wine, beers were terrific. we were told the house has sold and maybe... More

Stayed four nights in the Oaxaca Suite at the Red Tree House on a short city break to Mexico City and had a great time. The hotel itself is in a great area and the rooms were comfortable. However, the wonderfully hospitable staff and great sense of community among the guests are what sets the Red Tree House apart and... More

I had been hearing about Red Tree House from friends for years so I was really looking forward to staying there last week. We were 4 women, each with her own room. Mine was upstairs -- very nicely furnished with a sofa, bed and desk -- actually up a cement staircase which became quite slippery in the rain that evening.... More
