The AC in the whole hotel stopped working for 2 days. The rooms and the lobby were too hot and the problem was not fixed while I was there. The staff did not seem to know how to properly react or inform the customer about when the problem would be fixed.

Me and my girlfriend booked this hotel for New Years Eve. It was a pretty bad experience which I'll try to summarise: • When we arrived there was no one in the reception, just a stressed out taxi driver covering up for the girl in the counter, who had to leave because "she had an emergency". The girl dodn't show... More

Small rooms, but very clean. Beds not so good and only 1 pillow per person. Towell, small, and just 1 per person too. Breakfast -included- bad! Staff very nice and polite. The hotel is convenient because it is inside a mall with restaurants, shops, banks, even a theathre.

This is a great budget hotel. Very inexpensive and breakfast and wifi were included. Our rooms were paid for by the company but they didn’t ask for "personal credit cards for incidentals.” There don’t seem to be any incidentals available. Rooms were basic but clean and well laid out. It is above the Patriotismo shopping mall. Elevator goes from the... More

The hotel is actually located on the upper floors of a shopping centre which is convenient for eating and shopping options....also makes it easy for taxis to find. Besides once you enter the hotel you don't know you are in a shopping centre. I booked and paid over the internet so check in was fast and smooth. Only some of... More

The lobby toilets look clean, but if you are ever stuck there having to do the deed, you're nose will be assaulted by the smell of old taco poops that haven't quite been flushed, mixed in with some awful disinfectant smells. The elevators are tiny and don't inspire confidence about any future plans you might have in life. Other than... More

Nice standard hotel, with a good location (in shopping mall with shops, restaurants and cinema). Wifi in room and internet PC's at reception. Breakfast was a bit limited. It's a 20-30 minute taxi drive to historical center, which typically would cost about 50 pesos.

This place is located adjacent to a mall, so food court, movies, gambling all are downstairs. sweet. internet is free and fast. rooms are small but no complaints. some noises can be heard from next door. hotel is 5 floors up so not much noise from avenida patriotismo. I will stay here again. breakfast included. bathroom has some minor issues.

This is a barebones hotel that is a good value. The rooms- especially the doubles- are tiny. They do not supply bottled water- the sign at the sink say it is "potable." The place is very clean. Breakfast included (gross looking but I did not try) sausages, scrambled, frijoles, and chilaquilles, yoghurt, fruit. Everything you need.
