Amazing building, terrible management, but the worst insult of all (and I think is not just this property it is all over the Camino Real chain) the water bottles.... Management did you realize everybody complains about it? it's an insult those outrageous prices for a bottle of water, 5 to 6 times higher and the tap water does not say... More

My wife and I planned to stay there for the weekend, just a short list of all the bad things: suite (we even payed a little more) is very small, water bottle way to expensive up to six times, when we turned the jacuzzi on the water coming out from it smelled litle something died days ago and was not... we stayed with our two kids and the hotel has a great location in santa fe area, not enough options in restaurants and doesn't have a store inside, mostly used for conventions, rooms are spacious as well as the bathroom, the parking as a guest cost 100 pesos for 24hrs, my only complaint is that inside the room you have... My humble suggestion for you is to stay away from Camino Royal chain. I have been staying in these hotels for many years now and I was never surprised. They manage to be below acceptable standards. So, what was wrong with Santa Fe? First of all, it is not the location. The location is prime. That's why there are 100... More

I stayed here when the hotel was brand new and known as the Hotel Vesta in 2007. It's gone a long way down since being taken over by the Camino Real - an otherwise trustworthy chain. We didn't find the staff very kind or helpful, and our room often lacked mind-boggling amenities... like wash cloths. Seriously? We got a pretty... More

This is a great place to stay in the Santa Fe area. I like the proximity to many choices for restaurants. Due to a heavy influence of English speaking corporations nearby, it's never a Challenge to communicate to people in the area. The hotel itself is top notch at a reasonable price. The restaurants provide hi quality meals. The staff... More

This hotel is located in the Santa Fe premium area where the others 5 stars are located, Sheraton, Hilton, etc. Stylish decoration and design. Very comfortable and spacious suite.
