First of all, let me alert travelers that Expedia did not allow me to post this review in its website. It gave me several error messages, in an attempt to wear you down. It appears that it only allows good reviews, so please don't trust its reviews. Tripadvisor is really the best source. About the Camino Real Santa Fe Mexico:... More

Well located for those who need to be in the Santa Fe business district, and close to shopping mall. Modern, airy hotel. Big rooms, in good shape. Comfortable bed, good bathroom, big window/view, and efficient temperature control. Adequate (above average) fitness centre. "Bice" restaurant is their main dinning facility, which is good in service and food selection.. NOT free Internet,... More

Location of this Camino Real Hotel is ideal if the traveller has to be in the Santa Fe district of Mexico City for business. Otherwise the hotel is too far away from the center of town and most of the attractive areas like Centro historico, Polanco etc. Rooms are comfortable. What's missing is a reasonably priced Coffee shop for breakfast... More

The hotel is fairly modern with an interesting architecture. The lobby and reception area give a feel for being airy. The room was pretty good with the floor to ceiling windows giving lots of sunlight and an open feel. Would have loved a coffee machine in room. Only got to try the Bice Bistro and found it overvalued for what... More

Camino Real are considered to be great quality Mexican hotels, sadly this one was far from it. My family stayed here for a weekend at the end of November. We occupied 4 bedrooms, and all of them were awful. Let me start by saying, this hotel aspires to be something it is not. It lures you in promising comfortable stay... More

I don’t think this hotel is worth its price. I stayed here because is very close to my Company’s cite at Mexico City, and they offer a “preferential” rate to us. The check-in was very slow, since there were two employees in the desk but only one of them seemed to be working. The room was very dark, there were... More

Great hotel! Very modern and stylish. It was my oasis everytime I returned back after a long sightseeing day. The only negative point...no swimming pool. A 15-minute walking leads you to one of the biggest shopping centres in Mexico. One block away from the hotel there is a main avenue. There you can take a bus to Tacubaya or Observatorio... More

This was my first stay at the Camino Real Santa Fe. I stayed at several hotels nearby, but I was always curious about this one, since from the outside, it looks very nice. It is a tall, all glass building, perfectly located in Santa Fe, near everything (although its access to the main entrance is complicated). The hotel could easily... More

Most hotels near by are more expensive than Camino Real. Booked at 160 including taxes. Other options were 300 plus. Service is good, not great. Checkout was a bit slow. One good thing is they have foam pillows in the room, not those neck-killers goose feather pillows. King Suite has a regular size. Working desk. WiFi was 15 per day.... More
