This is a gem of a hotel in the Camino Real collection. The staff were amazing on check in. Very fluent in English and ready to serve their customers. Room was very spacious and modern and the bed was amazing. Bathroom was very large and rain shower head was an added perk. A few English TV channels were a perk... More

Stayed 4 nights during a conference that took place in the hotel. Rooms very comfortable and hotel felt overall quite "new". Staff were reactive and friendly. Breakfast and lunch in the hotel restaurant were satisfactory, with plenty of choice and pleasant surroundings. Wifi was fine and coverage great (max 2 connections per account). Amazing views from the bar on the... More

DO NOT STAY AT THIS DANGEROUS HOTEL!!! I recently spent 2 months in this hotel. On only the 3rd day there was an electrical issue with the desk lamp which almost killed my wife, but destroyed my computer and another audio device. The hotel refused to accept responsibility and only after two months of very heated discussions did they replce... More

I stayed on this hotel for a week. The room has a lot of space, the floor is very soft, the shower is great, the bed is very big. They offer room service, there is a safe in each room and a place for you to work with a laptop. Room is kinda dark, though. But they have some individual... More

Most hotels in Santa Fe area have the same price range, this one is not the newest but it is very well located. It has a Starbucks, a couple of corner stores, a Sushi restaurant, Pizza joint, Subway and other at walking distance. Breakfast buffet if included with the room price is a very good alternative, lots of food and... More

As someone who puts value on efficiency in a business hotel, the need to go downstairs after already checking in just to give them my credit card details so that I could connect to the wifi was a bit much. In general the service was polite but inefficient. When asking for restaurant directions and recommendations, I was sent with simply... More

We stay at this hotel on 2 occasions, it look good and modern, but their is a few disadvantages, there is a restaurant/lounge on the room and they play loud music at night, difficult to sleep since the music is traveling very well on the window surface. Their is no opening windows, if you stay long term in this hotel,... More

I stayed here recently for three nights while attending a meeting in Santa Fe. The hotel is understated elegance, with impeccable service and nicely appointed, quiet, spacious rooms. Outstanding in every respect. Highly recommended.

The rooms are big and comfortable, there are many restaurants around, 2 shopping malls close to it and a big supermarket too (in Samara shopping mall). The only bad thing is that the rooms don't have windows that can be opened so if you are claustrophobic, don't stay here!! Also there's no pool :( The food from room service (Bice... More

This was my second stay at the Camino Real Santa Fe. This is a very nice hotel. Large comfortable room. The $20/day for WIFI is exorbitant. The food in the restaurant in nothing special. Skip the breakfast buffet. The fridge in my room was working and they replaced it within a couple of hours. There is no ice available for... More
