I gave this hotel a chance 3 times, but it always managed to disappoint me. Rooms are nice, but the service: OH MY GOD! Never had anything so bad in Mexico. Cleaning lady forgetting things, laundry getting lost, luggage damaged, curtains broken and not fixed, concierge service non existing, breakfast with random prices, they let people sit in my table... I stayed for 8 nights in this hotel and the service was fantastic, it has several restaurants and Starbucks at a walking distance. Rooms are nice and big, the beds are very confortable, the pillows where a little too big for my comfort but many others might find that comfortable too. The gym has all you need to do some... More

I used to stay in this hotel some months ago, since it is really close to corporate offices and it has some restaurants and starbucks just across the street. The personnel used to be nice and with a great attitude. I stayed here last sunday and I was really disappointed about the service: employees are not trained about Circulo Real... More

Santa Fe is a nice neighborhood, looks as a new area, but far from everything else in this huge city, near to the exit to Toluca if you need that direction. I was attending a Tourist Fair in the Convention Center nearby, so to stay here it was the best option, also the hotel is located near many Headquarter offices... More

Far away from the city but close to headquarter offices, Camino Real Santa Fe is located. Rooms and facilities are OK. Very convenient with excellent service. We took the Toluca airport. Smaller airport closer to Santa Fe. If you fly Volaris / South West from some locations there is a complimentary shuttle taking you to a Santa Fe mall location.

I stayed at the property for a 2 week long business trip in the Santa Fe area which boasts many corporate office locations. The hotel has one of the better locations in the area because you can walk to several restaurants without much need to cross main roads on foot. I was booked the executive room which was comfy, nice... More

Although I live in Mexico City, I had to stay at this hotel. It's an excellent option for all of you who are on a business trip. I attended a business event in the hotel, so all my experience is from such perspective. The hotel has a good restaurant on the 1st floor and a trendy japonese restaurant on the top with an interesting view of the city (better place to chill and have some drinks than eating actually). The Hotel is a good option when going for business in the Santa Fe business district. Right across is the German Centre and close below the Hilton Hotel is a new, fancy and nice shopping mall in walking distance.
