Although I live in Mexico City, I had to stay at this hotel. It's an excellent option for all of you who are on a business trip. It's bedrooms are comfortables, the locations is OK due to the fact that there are several restaurants near the hotel. The great part is, that it's located near several mayor business offices, so... I attended a business event in the hotel, so all my experience is from such perspective. The hotel has a good restaurant on the 1st floor and a trendy japonese restaurant on the top with an interesting view of the city (better place to chill and have some drinks than eating actually). My room was very new and comfortable. The... More

The Hotel is a good option when going for business in the Santa Fe business district. Right across is the German Centre and close below the Hilton Hotel is a new, fancy and nice shopping mall in walking distance. There are a lot of restaurants around, however, the tourist options are limited. I dont't have a comparison to other hotels... More

Nice business hotel in this brand new neighbourhood. Rooms were clean and spacious although poorly iluminated, restaurant was good with nice and plentyful breakfast. The bad impression came from the rundown aspect of public spaces, chipped walls and stained carpets. With the impecable Hilton across the street they should do a better job to keep their clients. service at the... More

Stayed here for 5 nights on business. On the plus side - big rooms, comfortable bed with large TV, good wifi in the room allowing 2 devices, good restaurant on rooftop and good housekeeping and friendly service. Areas for improvement - slow check-in and check-out with long lines, dark lighting in room, variable temperature in the shower, difficult to get... More

In the great modern area of Santa Fe in Mexico City, Hotel Camino Real Santa Fe, is the place to stay, if you are in a Business or Family Trip. The Hotel offers you a very peaceful and relax stay. It has two nice restaurants. The Japanese is one of the best in the area.

This hotel is located in the vibrant business santafe area of Mexico city, it is a good area for a business or shopping trip, but not the best one for tourism since it is a bit far from tourist attractions. The hotel is close to amazing shopping centers and fabulous restaurants and it si surrounded by other top hotels and... More

We stayed at this hotel on April 29, 2014. We were placed at the 12 floor. The hotel has a restaurant/bar on the floor 14, the music was extremely loud, we couldn't sleep. My wife had surgery early on the next day, we came back at 11 am and all the linens and covers were over our luggage, the room... More

This is a gem of a hotel in the Camino Real collection. The staff were amazing on check in. Very fluent in English and ready to serve their customers. Room was very spacious and modern and the bed was amazing. Bathroom was very large and rain shower head was an added perk. A few English TV channels were a perk... More

Stayed 4 nights during a conference that took place in the hotel. Rooms very comfortable and hotel felt overall quite "new". Staff were reactive and friendly. Breakfast and lunch in the hotel restaurant were satisfactory, with plenty of choice and pleasant surroundings. Wifi was fine and coverage great (max 2 connections per account). Amazing views from the bar on the... More
