I had high hopes about the hotel after reading the description in the Lonely Planet. When we got there, there were no animals in the restaurant, the hotel (120$ a night) did not provide bottled water, the water form the tub came out dark brown, the "american style" food ordered by the room service was very dispointing and the cab... Hotel was close by and was a better option available around 2:30am after 19 hours flight. The employees were polite and courteous. We had booked 2 rooms, our room was TOO hot (room no 206). We requested another room and were given different one the next day, however, we could not open the door(204) nor were the employees, so we... More

Overall a great hotel. Service is amazing. We had received a room for two, but we finally ended up being 4. Hotel charged a fee of approx. $90CAD but not more, which was appreciated since we realized that being a tourist in Mexico can be really expensive. Park Villa shares the property with another 5stars hotel, and we could access... More

Excellent service and attention, Clean and cozy rooms Reasonably priced for the area, I come for business and to visit family. The restaurant while it seemed overpriced had very good food and bar service. Beats going anywhere around for traffic, and distances. The lions while they are confined indeed, appear well fed and clean. They have been there ever since... More

I don't know what it is, but this hotel has the best staff that I have ever come across in a hotel. EVERY single one of them, from the gentlemen at the front desk, to the housekeeping and restaurant staff were all so kind, helpful and down to earth. Truly blessed and amazing. The hotel on the other hand, has... More

The Hotel is good value for money, the rooms are super small but have everything you need and are very cozy decorated. The rather negative point for us and our children, is that they have on the outside of the restaurant a lion and a lioness in a super-small cages, which is quite unfair to those animals that require a... Is a small hotel with a beautiful garden where you can relax after your daily activities. Located in front of Chapultepec Park you can reach the museums located in the area in less than 10 minutes. The room is big enough for two persons, the bathroom has all the complementary facilities you need and is everyday well cleaned. The restaurant... More

The Hotel Park Villa in Mexico City is relaxing and charming. The garden is beautiful and provides a tranquil escape from the city. The food and service in the restaurant in the villa is outstanding. If you love great food, service and need a green reprieve from the city, stay at Hotel Park Villa.

We chose this family owned small hotel because of its location and price, knowing it has excellent service and resembles a colonial spanish hacienda or large home with an inside patio (which is really for guests with cars, making this hotel what is known in the US as a motel). Location was important for personal reasons, but leaving that aside,... More

I had a perfectly great room at a great price but at a remove from downtown. I moved here to be closer in to a friend. It is across from Chapultepec Park. There is a reason they don't show pictures of the rooms on the website, although the room is not bad looking. It is a more traditional low rise... More
