The location was amazing and the hotel rooms were good. The quality of the hotel was good/fine and nothing was wrong with it... it was a pleasant stay, but for the quality of the hotel I would have expected the nightly rate to be more around $120 a night. In this trip I stayed at another hotel for a similar... More

Good clean hotel in a nice area of the city. No bar or restaurant, but plenty of places to eat in the mall next door. The hotel is situated on a busy main road. First time I've visited Mexico but this area felt relativity safe. Will be returning to Mexico in a few weeks and will happily stay at this... More

Not the first time at the HiEX in Reforma. Returned because of previous good experiences. This time the hotel lived up to some of the expectations. Ample rooms and bathrooms, a real plus. Good varied breakfast, way better than traditional HiEX. Couple of things to improve. The heating/cooling system. The first night it wasn't working, even though it was 40... More

Friendly staff, had no issues, great room sizes, nice breakfast and gave us a wonderful driver for the day. Overall had a great experience. It's right next to a shopping mall which is helpful when you want food fast! Great choice of restaurants and shops near by. About a 30min walk to the main city square.

Our stay was from November 27th to December 1st. Nice hotel room and front desk and concierge staff were very helpful. The breakfast with hot and cold items was better than expected and each day they featured a regional special. We reserved a room for 4 people but it was only set up for 2 when we arrived so we... We stay here during the most packed weekend in the year Mexico City; also when the price soared ridiculous high. We were able to book a room here and what a surprise in service, luxury hotels must learn how to treat their guest as the personnel of this Express. Do not expect soft towels, a big TV flat screen on... More

The location of the hotel is outstanding. It is a convenient walk to most tourist locations and shopping areas. The room had free WIFI and free breakfast (which ended up being better than advertised). The staff is friendly and attempts to be accomodating as much as possible. It is a "budget" hotel that did not have the feel of a... More

This is a good budget hotel, with large rooms and a very high level of customer service from the staff. The large windows are really nice (but pulling the curtains can be challenging. There are a few little things which are less than perfect, namely a small TV for such a large room, no Shower Gel in the bathroom, and... More

Agree with many previous reviews, good, clean, breakfast ok, good free wifi and excellent location. Slightly let down by bureaucracy when I thought I'd left bank card in safe after checking out. Returned to hotel on trip back to airport but not willing to check room straight way - had to get housekeeping to do it, after 10mins wait had... More

Have stayed here many times while in Mexico City on business. Right next door to Reforma 222, a shopping center with many good restaurants and bars, and within walking distance of the famed Zona Rosa, with many more dining options. Hotel staff is attentive; breakfast is very good, and rooms are perfect for business stays - no frills, just right
