We had a brief three night stay here on the way back from a trip to Cuba (we had stayed in a different hotel during our first visit to Mexico City, on the way to Cuba). The hotel was fine - we seemed to have gotten an upgrade due to our membership in the SPG rewards program. We had a... More

We had stayed here in 2014 and loved it. This time our reaction was mixed. Beds are wonderful. But a light fixture was coming out of the wall and other bulbs were burned out. There was a very thin connecting door and we heard everything in our neighbors room - fortunately he was not loud. The shower is not good... More

Ideally situated for cafés, restaurants and art galleries of Roma. In the morning from my room could see the sun rising behind Popocatapetl. Room very spacious with excellent facilities - only problem was linked by door to adjoining room and the family next door was extremely noisy. Morning receptionist said he would change room but afternoon receptionist said not possible... More

Great value for money, had a wonderful 3 night stay here. Staff were extremely wonderful, room was very clean, great location as there were lots of bars, restaurants nearby. Lots within walking distance and subway station nearby. The bed was comfortable, nice big shower, and in room coffee maker.

I like this hotel a lot. The location was good and the price was reasonable. Spent labor day weekend there. The room was nice and the staff was very helpful. The soundings are convenient, although you need to walk 10+ minutes for subway.

Good internet, excellent location. Hotel is a bit run down, could be much better. Rooms are small, bathrooms even smaller. Breakfast ok. Something with their clocks seems off. Gym is a disaster. Not one cardio machine was working. Two bikes, elliptical, and a very bad quality stair climber of some sort. Did not even try the treadmill. Other workout equipment... More

This is perhaps my fault for not speaking up, but the walls of this hotel were very very thin and I was awakened by neighbors at 2am for two of the four nights of my stay. I could hear every word they said, which was reflective of the hotel's poor infrastructure. That said, the hotel's location was incredible. There were... More

I’m a regular Four Points guest and this is perhaps one of the only ones I haven’t liked 100%, though would eventually come back. The easiest way of reading a review –in my concept- is with a list of PRO’s and CON’s, so here it is: Good Things: - Location! The area is one of the best options in town... More

It's a decent, conveniently located hotel. As my boyfriend is an spg club member we got an upgrade to what I think was a junior suite. A bath tub in the room is a wow! The room itself was spacious with a super comfortable bed, a large desk, a TV and a radio, even an iron and an ironing board... More

I've stayed in this area before, but at the slightly smaller and cheaper Hotel Milan. I thought I would try this hotel, as it looked, from the exterior, that it might be a pleasant change. I ended up staying in three different rooms trying to escape a variety of annoying noises ranging from construction overhead on the 7th floor, strange... More

Staying in Roma

Neighborhood Profile
Roma
Known for its constant cultural and gastronomic developments, Roma, is a beautiful neighborhood that was once the place for poets such as Kerouac and Ginsberg to call home. Galleries, museums and even private residences are on beautiful display when walking through Colima street to do some necessary shopping or when going to the classic Cine Tonalá to enjoy a delicious dinner and a great film. Top notch cafés, gourmet restaurants and food markets all around will surely catch your senses by surprise.
