I had to stay here for business. Pay for parking. Pay for internet. Pay for bottled water. The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant is just okay. Paying for internet is infuriating, given so many other choices. Stay elsewhere.

Not the best choice in a city with so many good hotels. On the first place it is located far from the most interesting part of the city, both from the historical centre and from Chapultepec, just across of the main peripheral two-stories highway, there is no possible walking around, you just have to take a taxi to go anywhere.... I stayed in this hotel during a business trip to the southern part of Mexico City. After checking in I was greeted with a brief power outage. My room was overlooking the highway and a gravel pit. The wifi was very slow and streaming video was impossible. The food was average to above-average. Most of the employees spoke English. The... More

4 day stay, 3 out of 4 days, no coffee cup in room that they charge for the in room coffee service (that has no sign to tell you they are charging you for this!), 3 out of 4 days no bathmat or hand towels..... Tube TVs.....need I say more? And to top it off, the elevator says to room... More

I stayed in this hotel when visiting Mexico City for work (it was arranged for me). The hotel chain is actually very well-regarded in Mexico and my Mexican colleagues were very impressed, but my reaction is "mediocre." The accommodations are old and tired (a minus), but the room was clean and the AC very quiet (a plus). You are nickel-and-dimed... More

I decided stay in this hotel for location, the rate is high and service is bad. When I arrived to the front desk they can´t find my reservation, this is not a problem I know that this kind of things happened but they only say your reservation is not here. I have to buy an internet time for show them... More

the directors do not seek feedback of customers at all (i.e. in Tripadvisor) or they would knew better. I've seen several comments that confirm my disspointment is not a single case. They definatelly have to check again their "Mision and Values¨statements. Slow check in and check out - status quo for years now Forget about "complementary or courtesy" at all... More

You have to pay for internet access. You have to pay for the bottle of water in the room You call Room Service and noone answers and when they do the service is the worst ever. It is like they would be doing you the biggest favor. Food is well served but has no taste and cost as a kings... More

Stayed here for a business trip close to this area. The hotel was adequate, but there's nothing within walking distance & nowhere to walk to. The service was pleasant & the rooms OK, but had to pay extra for internet, breakfast, etc. Nothing special, but adequate if you need to stay on this side of town & don't plan on... More

They charge for the internet. This is one of the best ways to piss off a customer. It make me think they really dont care about us and all they want is our money. The restaurant is good but very expensive and the hotel is far away from the center. I have a customer in the south and thats why... More
