Location was chosen to be closer to my meetings were. But its isolated, with nowhere really that you would walk to close by. Wi-fi you had to pay for, and when I argued that it should be included they argued that in other hotels you pay. My next hotel (Wyndham Gardens downtown) I did not ! In room coffee to... More

We have a 2 year old so we payed extra for a luxury room... Well it was not!. The room was old, small, it did not have extra pillows, blankets or an iron. The painting on the bathroom floor was coming off and we found out why... the bathtub/shower spilled water when turned on, so the bathroom gets flooded every... More

The rooms are fantastic, and well appointed, and the views are magnificent. Paid wi-fi is stable and fast. Note you pay for EVERYTHING, even in-room coffee! At the price, I think these things could be free? I think the biggest drawback is that there is nothing much in walking distance, and in-house dining is limited to the Bice Bistro that... More

Awful and arrogant staff. Wifi not free (12 USD / day). Bath mat missing. Not recommended.

I had to stay here for business. Pay for parking. Pay for internet. Pay for bottled water. The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant is just okay. Paying for internet is infuriating, given so many other choices. Stay elsewhere.

Not the best choice in a city with so many good hotels. On the first place it is located far from the most interesting part of the city, both from the historical centre and from Chapultepec, just across of the main peripheral two-stories highway, there is no possible walking around, you just have to take a taxi to go anywhere.... I stayed in this hotel during a business trip to the southern part of Mexico City. After checking in I was greeted with a brief power outage. My room was overlooking the highway and a gravel pit. The wifi was very slow and streaming video was impossible. The food was average to above-average. Most of the employees spoke English. The... More

4 day stay, 3 out of 4 days, no coffee cup in room that they charge for the in room coffee service (that has no sign to tell you they are charging you for this!), 3 out of 4 days no bathmat or hand towels..... Tube TVs.....need I say more? And to top it off, the elevator says to room... More

I stayed in this hotel when visiting Mexico City for work (it was arranged for me). The hotel chain is actually very well-regarded in Mexico and my Mexican colleagues were very impressed, but my reaction is "mediocre." The accommodations are old and tired (a minus), but the room was clean and the AC very quiet (a plus). You are nickel-and-dimed... More

I decided stay in this hotel for location, the rate is high and service is bad. When I arrived to the front desk they can´t find my reservation, this is not a problem I know that this kind of things happened but they only say your reservation is not here. I have to buy an internet time for show them... More
