It's pretty much what you would expect for a moderately priced hotel but has all the necessary creature comforts you could ask for during an overnight stay. A clean room, comfortable bed, free wifi, cable TV, and the shower stall with a stone floor gives it a nice esthetic touch. Although I was given a room close to the elevator,... More

We were shown to our room, first impressions basic especially for the price! I had to telephone a hotel in Playa del Carmen, couldn’t use the phone in the room. Apparently there is only 1 telephone...at the reception desk. The receptionist was busy on the phone and was unable to tell us which codes to use for Playa del Carmen.... More

Since we had a long layover at Mexico City, we decided to book a hotel nearby and this was the choice. Checked with the hotel and they said, there is a shuttle. We reached at gate 4 and the shuttle took a long time to come unlike what they had said that there is a shuttle every 10 mins. The... More

We paid approx £150 for 2 adults+2 children to share a family room. We were told to call the hotel to arrange the minibus pick-up from the airport. I did this+was told 10 minutes. So far so good. An hour later+4 calls from my mobile phone+still no minibus. Eventually it arrived after 2 hours. We were exhausted+just wanted our beds.... More

I never have high expectations of airport hotels, and this one lived down to what I expected. Very dark and dreary, I had no external window on second stop, very tatty, not a neighborhood to venture out. Food ok (no more), staff ok (no more), VERY close to airport - other than a one night stop on way in or... More

This is an airport hotel. That's it. If you need one night stay over at a reasonable price this is a good choice. Otherwise it seems dreary. Across from the airport, the shuttle is handy. This is not a place to wonder outside at night. The photos online are brightened for effect since the ambiance is neither bright nor cheery.... More

My flight was cancelled and I ended up staying overnight here because all of the hotels at the airport itself were booked. This hotel is a short (and free) shuttle ride from the airport. The hotel advertises free wifi. I could not connect despite putting in the correct password. I called the desk and they said it was working. About... More

We had a little plane snafu, and ended up having to spend the night at this hotel. From T1, walk to Puerta 4, where someone with a Ramada sign should be waiting. We had to wait about ten minutes for the shuttle, and the ride took about 5 minutes. Check in was simple, and the room was clean, although a... More

The place is an island in a neighborhood that the desk told me to avoid. The hotel has a restaurant--OK eats, but no more. No machines for water, no shop for snacks. Just a front desk, helpful staff (mostly), some comfy chairs to wait in and great shuttle service. And my room was small, no view, with incomprehensible fan, a... More

This Ramada is close to the airport so suitable for a layover but inconvenient if the shuttle isn't happening. After picking up my luggage and going to the shuttle stop, I found no sign of the Ramada Aeropuerto shuttle. I had to wait a long time. Fortunately, I got a considerate lift with the shuttle for another hotel. The hotel... More
