Lovely, comfortable, modern and most importantly QUIET although right next to the airport.  Felt very safe as a single female traveller here and the pick up/drop off shuttle was great.  10 out of 10. more

Just had one night at the Ramada Mexico City Airport, but excellent friendly staff, a fantastic buffet breakfast, Maitre d on hand to explain what everything was, some very interesting local specialities!!! Friendly, well stocked bar with excellent local beers very well chilled. Room was a little strange with no window, merely some sort of frosted glass thing, wondered what... more

Stayed here at end of my trip for one night. Throughout my vacation in Mexico I had taken all normal precautions- drinking and brushing my teeth with bottled or purified water. I did the same at the hotel restaurant but later suffered from the worst food poisoning of my entire life. I hadn't eaten since that morning so it had... more

Stayed here 1 night in 2 rooms, 3 adults and 2 kids in our party. Shuttle was fast and convenient. Yes, they do pick up at terminal 2 if you phone them. Check in was smooth and bell staff were fast and helpful. The rooms are nice, clean and have very modern appointments. The walk in 'rain fall shower' is... more

Well they picked us up like they said they would, gave us a great room, checked us in quickly, and we had a wonderful buffet breakfast. all included in the price. we were pleasantly suprized. We liked our room, water pressure was excellent, did have an odor, but hey, we expected that. We would go back in a minute and... more

We stayed in a few hotels during our week that stretched from Ciudad Juarez, to Cuernavaca and then Mexico City. There is a shuttle to and from the airport, even if you just want to go to the airport to shop! There is transportation between the two terminals, either a bus for 5 pesos or a tram that operates from... more

OK, booked a room with specific requests that are offered by the hotel, got none of our requests (king size bed, smoking, etc). The hotel was dirty, unkempt and generally run down. i have never been in a hotel with less art , pictures, paintings etc on the walls. Stark, barren and bare. We needed additional parking and were refused... more

This hotel is clean and modern. We slept well as rooms are quiet. Be aware - THERE IS NO SHUTTLE TO TERMINAL TWO - which means if you arrive via Continental, AeroMexico or others - you are on your own. There is no notice on the website for this, and after contacting Ramada International and the hotel itself, we were... more

I stayed here for one night because I wanted a hotel close to the airport in order to meet up with fellow travelers who were arriving the next day. After arriving at the airport from DFW, I found the hotel representative with no problem (she was holding a Ramada sign). I was told to look for the hotel's shuttle at... more
