I'll definitly reccomend to stay there if you need to be in the nearby area. Please, make sure you don't have sharing room as the dividing door is not enough and you... More

Lovely breakfast, rooms clean, as were all other reception areas. All in all a nice place to explore Mexico City from. Business centre not very helpful, left on your own to work out why wifi not working.

I love the area the Crown plaza is located in. You can walk around safely at all hours, and visit quite a few nice restaurants and cafés. The hotel itself is American style circa 1980s and hardly anyone besides the receptionist speaks English. WiFi is problematic, and food is average. Triple check your bill, as extra charges often pop up-... More

Modern, comfortable rooms. Good location. Great staff. Good restaurants, a bit too expensive for the value though. Great hotel to stay in for a business trip. The gym is also modern and it has the equipment you wish for.

the interior design is a little outdated. Needs to be renewed. Overall service is good, and you get a jacuzzy even in the standard room. The breakfast buffet is pretty nice too. However, this is suppossed to be a business hotel (since it´s located right next to the world trade center), and yet the internet service has to be the... More

Visited in January 2014 for business. Staff are very friendly and helpful...the strongest feature of the hotel. Rooms are large and comfortable. Sorely lacking wall plugs in convenient places to charge the usual devices. Here during cool nights. No heat...just air-conditioning. Staff are wearing coats on the job. Hotel food quite average, maybe below average. Luckily many other places to... More

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The room was large and quiet. What a great idea- a quiet floor, no kids, no housekeeping until late AM, etc. Request the 6th floor. The food was exceptional and everyone was very friendly and helpful!
