In the hall, they proudly announce they were rewarded as the best hotel in Mexico for 2 consecutive years. However, the rooms are quite small and in the smoking section like elsewhere, you cannot open windows. Coffee machine, water are not free. There is no parking.
Internet is expensive, except for the free PC downstairs, with a derelict mouse.
Staff is pleasant and helpful
I was quite surprised as I had a nicer experience with NH in Frankfurt. more
