I have stayed at Embassy Suites in New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, and now in Mexico City. Although I have had excellent experiences in all of them, the one in Mexico City simply stands out. Their impeccable accommodations are run by formidable staff always looking to help. The rooms are absolutely spotless, comfortable, roomy, and quiet. The hotel location is... more

Embassy suites on Paseo de la Reforma in Mexico City lived up to its high expectations! My husband, myself and our two year old loved the chic amenities, comfy beds, spacious rooms, and huge bathtub! We were given room 1404 which had a sweeping view of the whole city and looked right down onto the main strip. The lights of... more

Stayed here during the weekend in between customer visits. They arranged a touristic tour for me and were during the whole stay very helpful. The rooms are spacious and luxurious. Great detail was the little flask with bubble bath. I have so often stayed at hotels with a bath tub without any bubble bath, that this was a pleasant suprise.... more

My family and I loved this hotel! It is smaller than you may first think. Situated on a tiny triangle shaped parcel on Reforma, the smaller size is one of the things we most enjoyed as it never felt crowded and we became familiar with the smaller staff, all of whom were very helpful, kind and efficient. Value: The rate... more

Here are a few of the reasons we found this hotel to be a tranquil oasis in an otherwise hectic city. First off, the staff was always eager to assist us with directions, questions, etc. and most spoke English very well. The services at the hotel were also exceptional. For example, if you frequent ES hotels, you are no stranger... more

Everything was great. The staff was very attentive to our needs and very friendly. The concierge was very interested in meeting our needs. The drivers did a good job. The rooms were nice, the breakfast was excellent, and the receptions in the evening were a very nice way to wind down after a day of sightseeing. The location on Reforma... more

I loved this place. It was the perfect start to our trip in Central America and 5 night break in Mexico City. Our suite was gorgeous – all the facilities you’d expect from a 4* hotel. It was the perfect room to recover in after an 11-hour flight from the UK. We were on the 17th floor so it was... more

I was amazed at the rate we got the room for. It being an Embassy, of course you get the suite. Living room, separate bedroom, etc. No kitchenette though, but no complaints. The property is relatively new and located in the middle of it all. However, plan ahead if you go out during rush hour. It can be a hassle... more
