This hotel is located in Bosques de las lomas, an upscale neighbourhood with restaurants, shopping malls, west of down town, close to another upscale area Santa Fe. It provides excellent guest-friendly service with the right level of attention and kindness. Hotel rooms are large and well-equipped. The hotel is connected to the mall, which encloses the most wonderful restaurants, such... More

One of our best vacation locations. I took over 400 plus photos of the resort and its neighboring sites as we walked the beach north and south of our resort. What a welcome we received from all of the chefs from the 8 restaurants on the resort. The timing of meeting Eric De Maeyer, the Executive Chef sometimes referred to... More

We stayed 4 nights in this beautiful boutique hotel. Super modern & clean. Rooms are spectacular with a large bathroom. TV included in your tub! It's situated in Bosques de Las Lomas a upscale neighbourhood in Mexico. About 25-30 min from Polanco a great shopping & restaurant area. The hotel bar & restaurant are very nice. Great hotel!

Nice big rooms with a real "zen" feeling, allows to relax after a very busy day in the hectic city of Mexico. Excellent service but risk of too much as too much staff. World Best Practice in speed of check-out. Compared to my first visit some months ago the quality of breakfast had improved very strongly. I got one of... More

Excelent hotel, modern environmet and automated systems. Good food and breakfast and with a fantastic service and apartment. SPA environment and very good gym. The reception was amazing. There's a shopping with international restaurants in the same building. It's a new hotel, I guess only one year age.

Hotel is in a quiet office and shopping area not in the center. The rooms are elegant with high ceilings which adds to the spacious feeling. The lobby is brilliant. The bathrooms are large and well appointed. Service is great. The catered business lunch I had was exceptional considering the number of people served. Breakfast buffet was, however, only so-so.... Stayed at the Live Aqua for a business trip and was extremely impressed. What a great spot. After mediocre experiences at other Mex City hotels, this was a revelation. Fantastic ambiance, amazing service, this place does everything right. Very chic and comfortable rooms, FANTASTIC food, top-notch facilities, great staff, and attention to every detail. I had a great stay at Live Aqua in Mexico City. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful arranging pick-ups from the airport, business centre facilities for meetings and an immaculate room. I unfortunately managed to forget two books at the hotel, but this was not problem and within 48 hours everything was arranged and sent back to me... More
