The place was clean, comfortable, and affordable. The neighborhood was lovely and peaceful. I missed not having a cafe or coffee shop within the property, but restaurants were nearby--well within walking distance.

Chalet del Carmen is clean and neat, located in a quiet street. I slept downstairs and the room was fine. Apart from a small courtyard, there is nowhere to sit and meet other people, so it was a rather impersonal experience.

We spent two nights here and had a wonderful time. We stayed in Catalina (I think!), a double room next to the internal courtyard. It was furnished to a high quality and very comfortable. The hotel is hidden away on a quiet street so you are guaranteed a good night's sleep here. Lots of nice bars and restaurants are just... More

Run by a Swiss-Mexican couple, this "urban house" has adequately decorated rooms, is clean, well priced and walking distance away from the heart of colonial Coyoacan. The tap water is potable, there... More
