I stayed at this Hotel because it was the only one near to my customer and approved by my company. The service is average. I had to make a complain 4 times through 2 weeks just to get someone to fix the matter! The food is good but nothing outstanding. Rooms are quiet and the a/c works ok. The main... More

I stayed here for a week on business. The rooms were nicely sized, clean and decently lit. They were modern enough (flat screen TV, decent (but not great) WiFi and had a sufficient number of accessible outlets. The restaurant had a decent variety of food that was more than acceptable and reasonably priced. The morning and evening buffets had ample... More

I was put up here by work, the local office picked the hotel. I liked the breakfast and found the place OK, I would say it was like a Motel 8 or La Quinta in the US. Very Simple. People were friendly, but the neighborhood was sketchy....I am not at the Holiday Inn and it is much nicer, but more... More

I stayed at this hotel for a business trip. The rooms were very nice, quite new. The ameneties were very basic and the food a little less than average. The sorroundings are ok. I would recommend it if you will spend Little time in the hotel, eat outside and if it is close to your main destination.

This hotel is comfortable and pleasant enough according to their category. The rooms are spacious and whit quality amenities in the bathroom. The service is very good both at reception and in the restaurant. The restaurant food is quite good, if not have a place to go eat, you can enjoy the food of the restaurant without problem. The insurgent... More

This hotel is very well located, just a few steps from the bus station and close to a Metro station. Despite its location, where two of the busiest avenues converge, the hotel is extremely quiet. The entire staff are extremely courteous and seem very knowledgable. At all times, there was somebody willing to assist with a big smile. The front... More

The Fiesta Inn Insurgentes Viaducto is an OK hotel if you plan on just having a place to sleep at night after a long day and have breakfast before heading on to a full day of meetings or business events. It´s fairly well located if you´re doing business around the WTC, and just a short stroll away from the Metro... More

This hotel took our booking 2 months in advance, but when we arrived, they would not give us rooms. (Even though, as they admitted, the booking was still valid.) It was 10:30 at night, and we were exhausted after long flights from abroad. During the subsequent hour of discussion and attempted negotiation, the front desk kept insisting that we stay... More

RECOMMENDED. Fiesta Inn is a large Mexican hotel chain, hence it may be less well known by those outside the country. This high-rise property is close to a major highway and near the neighborhood of Condesa/Roma. Ride to airport without much traffic is 30 minutes. Service/check-in was good for the duration of stay. Despite proximity to highway, hotel appeared quiet.... More
