Great hotel. The best I stayed at in Mexico City. While I was in Mexico City I went to the Frida Kahlo Museum which they arranged a driver. The staff was always helpful and kind. It is in a great location and I always felt safe. I recommend staying here while in Mexico City. Instagram: @tommiesox

This hotel is a needed "home base" in a congested, polluted, over-crowded mass of humanity called Mexico City. The staff is impeccable, the rooms very modern and the beds very comfortable. I can also add that the food is fabulous. Very convenient location if you have business in the Polanco area of MEX. If you are attending an event at... More

My stay at the W hotel was great. I want to thank Marika Simon for assisting us. The entire staff was so helpful and polite. The rooms were nothing like I have seen before very hip and modern, and the view was fantastic. They had a nice lounge area on the 2nd floor and a nice gym. I would definitely... More

I was unlucky to arrive in MC with a nasty head cold, not helped by the city's pollution and high altitude. I spent much of my 3 days feeling rubbish but I'm pleased to say the W were helpful and friendly. They moved me in the middle of the night from 24th to 8th floor which I think helped the... More

The hotel is very modern but comfortable. The staff was amazingly helpful and friendly. We didn't eat or drink at the hotel but the lobby is very "arty"! Just look at the pictures online. Next time we will make time to do this. The showers were wonderful and the beds are comfy! I will definitely be back.

My recent stay at the W Hotel in Mexico City was exemplary. The service and care to their guests was outstanding. When problems arose, they were very attentive and generous in their efforts to solve them. This modern, highly styled hotel featured an excellent Spa and Room Service Menu. Additionally it was possible to order from the in house restaurant... More

Stayed for two nights on recent business trip. The neighborhood is nice with nearby restaurants, shopping, and other brand hotels. The room was weird with the bathroom vanity in the bedroom and large round tub with overhead rain shower also open to bedroom other than a curtain you could pull over. Beds were low to the floor, but comfortable. The... More

I've stayed in the hotel several times. I can say that in my last stays, the service has been subpar to W hotel standards. The treatment at the front desk is a bit condescending, as well as in the bar. The rooms seem a bit old for my taste and there was a weird odor in the bathroom. Overall my... More

I stayed twice at the W Mexico City in Jan 2015, and I found it a fantastic hotel. The location is great, close to the park, museums, and to some excellent restaurants. It’s also close to the public transport, and they have bikes you can use if you feel like. The accommodation is superb - and I saw only the... More

Having previously stayed at W Barcelona, we had high expectations for our stay. Of course the hotel delivers on the basics and there are some positives, but overall we found it just about satisfactory for the price. The location is good for museums and the neighbourhood is clearly one of the better ones in town. The staff are excellent and... More
