For the price this hotel is way off the mark when compared to others in the same category. Wifi was $18 per night, poor quality and kept dropping out. Water in the room was charged at 100 pesos per litre! (More than top hotels in London)! Breakfast was quite frankly a joke. The reception staff whilst pretending to be friendly,... More

Nicely located in a pleasant and safe area with local restaurants around. The room on the 25th floor (business floor) was very comfortable and relaxing. With the room was free access to the business lounge with very nice and tasty breakfast in the morning and "happy hour" with tapas type of small dishes and snacks in the early evening.

For the price we paid we expected a far better spa and gym, only a small electric sauna for 2 people! Very poorly equiped gym, definitively not by the standards of Intercontinental Presidente The choice for restaurants in the premises is very rich but the breakfast very limited Suites are big and nicely equipped Good location if you like shopping... I stay here regularly while in Mexico DF. Very nice rooms and good service. Convenient location and a large number of dining options both in the hotel and in the surrounding area. Excellent option for anyone working or staying in the Santa Fe area.

First time in Mexico City, stayed at this hotel on 2 separate nights. Very accommodating, caring front desk staff. The security staff and bellmen at the entrance were all very happy to help.
