We stayed here and at Hotel Prim when staying in Mexico City- if I had to chooose between the 2 I'd go with Hotel Roosevelt. Stayed here for three nights. We had a cramped 'matrimonial' room facing the street. The noise of the traffic was absolutely deafening.
