Hm, I do not really know Mexico City well, moreover I’m not a fan of Mexico city, but I think this hotel is kind of a luxury one. Why do I think so? It occupies one of high buildings in the city, it has very nice hall, breakfast, it is really clean and has great receptionists. Frankly speaking, those two... More

We found the hotel to be very clean and the staff friendly and helpful. It is just a short walk to the Zocalo, Bellas Artes and other points of interest. It is also located just 2 blocks from Bellas Artes Metro stop which made it easy to take the Metro from the airport, (only 5 pesos).

Hotel Marlowe is an inexpensive but still good hotel that is well located to take in the great sights of Mexico City. My room was a bit stuffy at first but once I turned the fan on and the air began circulating all was fine. The breakfast was also a good deal. I would stay there again.

I recently visited Mexico city and stayed at this Hotel. It is very practical to be one block away from the Historic Center of the city. Every important venue is less than 20 minutes away either by foot or taxi. The only thing problem with this hotel during my stay was the elevator they have working is too slow and... More

Set in busy part of the city surrounded by Restaurants, convenience stores, 50 mts to Chinatown, and one block from the Palacio de Bellas Artes and not too far to the Metro Cathedral. Hotel had 2 lifts but main lift was out of action most the 2 nights I stayed here. Reception staff speak English. Pleasant entrance and service. There... More

I stayed at this hotel a little less than a year ago. I live a bit outside of DF and like to stay in the city overnight when I fly out early. My stay at Hotel Marlowe was lovely. The staff was very kind to my family and worked hard to make certain that everything went well. They even provided... More

Very disappointed with this hotel. Reviews seemed OK, but unless you are happy sleeping in a bed bug infested, dirty and damp hotel you should avoid Hotel Marlowe! I noticed I was getting bites on the first night and when I talked to management they insisted it was just Mosquitos and that they would spray my room. The bites continued... More

I always book this hotel when there’re no rooms available in my fav hotel. Standart room has double bed, work desk, TV. The bed is clean and comfy. Bathroom has all you need: towels, shampoo, hair-dryer. Free wi-fi. Elevator. 24-hours reception. You can ask the receptionists to call a taxi – it’s safer than catch them on the street, especially... More

Concierge staff was rather rude. My room was tiny, with tube TV and had windows facing a brick wall ! Location was awful and even though restaurant service was adequate, the cleaning lady would not stop vaccuming the restaurant floor as I was having lunch. Avoid it.

Almost everything about my stay here was bad. Unfortunately this hotel looks nice but once you leave the lobby and head to the front desk the nightmare begins. The staff was rude and seemed to be bothered when any request was made. The room rate we got was inflated by about $60 when we checked in. They said it was... More
