I stayed at this hotel a little less than a year ago. I live a bit outside of DF and like to stay in the city overnight when I fly out early. My stay at Hotel Marlowe was lovely. The staff was very kind to my family and worked hard to make certain that everything went well. They even provided... More

Very disappointed with this hotel. Reviews seemed OK, but unless you are happy sleeping in a bed bug infested, dirty and damp hotel you should avoid Hotel Marlowe! I noticed I was getting bites on the first night and when I talked to management they insisted it was just Mosquitos and that they would spray my room. The bites continued... More

I always book this hotel when there’re no rooms available in my fav hotel. Standart room has double bed, work desk, TV. The bed is clean and comfy. Bathroom has all you need: towels, shampoo, hair-dryer. Free wi-fi. Elevator. 24-hours reception. You can ask the receptionists to call a taxi – it’s safer than catch them on the street, especially... More

Concierge staff was rather rude. My room was tiny, with tube TV and had windows facing a brick wall ! Location was awful and even though restaurant service was adequate, the cleaning lady would not stop vaccuming the restaurant floor as I was having lunch. Avoid it.

Almost everything about my stay here was bad. Unfortunately this hotel looks nice but once you leave the lobby and head to the front desk the nightmare begins. The staff was rude and seemed to be bothered when any request was made. The room rate we got was inflated by about $60 when we checked in. They said it was... More

I stayed in this hotel with my wife in our trip to Mexico City in 2013. I wanted a hotel near to the location of the conference that I wanted to participate and I chose this hotel. The hotel is located just steps from the Palacio de Bellas Artes, Alameda Central and Latin American Tower and just three blocks far... More

Great location, just around the corner from palacio de bellas artes and about six blocks from the Zocalo. also if you like local food, a lot of local eateries frequented only by the locals. the hotel itself is small, with a nice small lobby. I wasn't too impressed with the desk staff but one of the all around helpers who... More

I thought this was a safe choice in Mexico City. It's more of a business hotel, although it's just a block or two from Palacio de Belles Artes if you're here as a tourist. It's all a bit 70s, but the rooms are very clean, there's purified water on tap in each room, and the Wifi was good. There appears... More

We stayed at the Marlowe Mar 21 for 3 of our 6 nights in Mexico City. In the event we did not like the hotel this gave us the option to relocate for our last 3 days. We ended staying the full 6 nights. The hotel location was excellent for the price. It is very clean. The rooms are smaller... More

The Marlowe is on the edge of Mexico City's vibrant Chinatown, and only a block away from the Alameda, the Palacio de Bellas Artes and a museum housing a brilliant Diego Rivera mural. It is within easy walk distance of the zocalo and all of the shopping and restaurants in the historic centre of town. The hotel is professionally run... More
