We stayed at the Marbella while attending a friend's wedding in Mexico City and found it to be a very clean, comfortable, accommodating facility, and a great value!
We stayed on the newly renovated 5th floor which provides a beautiful view of the city. Because of the new renovation, our air conditioning wasn't yet operational, but it wasn't necessary at the time of our stay. It should be noted that the Marbella is located on a busy street and the traffic noises don't quit at night- bring ear plugs if this is a problem.
We appreciated being near many good economical restaurants and a 7/11 store for coffee in the morning, although the Marbella does have a restaurant. It is also about a block from a subway station which made it easy and cheap to do some sightseeing.
We had 2 rooms- a Junior Suite which had 2 queen beds, bath with shower, and anteroom with a desk, TV, and chairs, and an adjoining double room, and paid under $100/night for both rooms. We did receive a...
