The location is good, close to a small mall, lots of small restaurans, there is a parking lot at no charge, and the staff is very helpfull, the breakfest was nice, very tipical, and the shower had good water pressure.

My room was clean, new appliances and a nice bathroom. My bed was decent. We ordered room service one night and I had the queso fundido with chorizo and my husband had the chicken soup and it was good. The bar was not busy and we had one drink. The bartender was very nice. For the price I paid, I... More

Only stayed one night, arrived very late, so didn't have much service but all was average and no problems really. It's a no frills place and therefore it's good for the value, good location and everything worked so no complaints.

Great staff, very helpful and accommodating. Excellent location near to restaurants in Colonia Roma and Condesa. Hotel had onsite taxi service, convenience stores right across the street and a Sanborns only 2 block away with secure ATM. Very safe neighborhood; would stay there again when traveling to Mexico City.

I stayed at the Hotel Marbella from Thursday 2/12 thru Sunday 2/15. The stay was quite enjoyable. The hotel is comfortable with nice rooms. It is a fine place to stay for a brief visit. The staff (especially Omar) were quite helpful with information and while they spoke some English, they were able to put up with my bad Spanish.... More

I stayed at Hotel Marbella and had a wonderful experience. My room did not have a fast internet connection (it was in the corner) and they promptly moved me to another room that was nicer and had a perfect signal. The front desk was courteous and spoke perfect English. The hotel is a great value- modern, clean and conveniently located... More

This hotel has two surprises first the price, its cheap at about US$90 per night for a triple room but the best surprise is just how well located it is in the Colonia Roma District in Mexico City. The front desk staff were pretty average but the concierge staff are excellent (more of that shortly). Room was clean and relatively... More

I often stay at the Marbella and I must say that, for the price, it´s one of the best alternatives in Mexico City. These are some reasons: - Free parking, is safe, although a little crowded. - Good size TV, good cable selection and a DVD player in every room - A/C works great. - Free and decent Wi-Fi internet.... We stayed at the Marbella while attending a friend's wedding in Mexico City and found it to be a very clean, comfortable, accommodating facility, and a great value! We stayed on the newly renovated 5th floor which provides a beautiful view of the city. Because of the new renovation, our air conditioning wasn't yet operational, but it wasn't necessary at...
