This hotel has excellent staff. It is at a very good price and at a convenient location. I was far impressed and exceeded my expectations. Free wifi. I would stay here again whenever I come back to Mexico.

I´ve been in two opportunities at this hotel, and i must say it´s a very great place, located by the side of Reforma avenue, the best location possible in Mexico DF, with a very nice prizes, it´s the perfect place

Check-in is at 15:00 hours only after we had to wait ima queue receptionist is not agreeable to the information, the currency is not accepted Dolar and conversion to weight has a discount of 25% for peso.

My company sent me to Mexico in may, the Hilton Reforma was fully booked,the only one with a vacant room for 2 days in the area was this one...terriible mistake.....
