This hotel has a very good location in Mexico City, close to Avenida Reforma and main turist atractions. Prices were really good and overall room experience was OK. Good: Location , bed , TV , size of the rooms Bad: Old rooms , portable air conditioning, old bathroom with some mold

The location is really good. Convenient to Reforma, short walk to Zona Rosa, safe to stay in this neighbourhood. The service was letting this place down, lack of English and the stuff at the breakfast kept asking us to pay for the breakfast even though we have told them every morning it was included in our rate.

Rooms have paper thin walls! We were not able to sleep during both nights of our stay, as we could hear the (regular, not shouting) conversations from the adjoining rooms. We informed after the first night the reception. Feedback was, that it was known that rooms are not sound proof, but that they are happy to inform the concerned guests... More

We had a pleasant stay, everyone provided an amazing service. I was in Mexico for the first time as well as all my family. I want to thank Jacqueline, Rafael, Oscar our driver, Sandra and Angeles for making our week there very enjoyable.

First the good things: Stuff and location are great! If you want to visit the important things of Mexico City then you are in the perfect and safe spot. The rooms have a good size and have a lot of space to guard your clothes. BUT the sheets of my bed were dirty, as well the mirrors. And my room... More

Rooms are nice and clean, with huge and comfortable bed. Reception service is slow and people seemed unisterested in providing information. My major issue though is that I was sent an e-mail before my arrival informing that due to issues with previous guests check-in would only be possible as of 9PM. Even though a couple of other hotel options were... More

what an amazing location to use as a base. No personality but excellent for tourist sight seeing. Rooms were clean and modern. The in-room floor air conditioner unit was a bit noisy but it helped to filter out any noise from other rooms and outside so much appreciated. The bed was extremely firm and the pillows need replacing but otherwise... More
