Every few minutes (during the entire night, and each of the 3 days of our stay) a noisy machine/system (unclear where the noise came from) kept us awake. Although we were a party of three the hotel only provided water and towels for 2 people in our room, and we had to order these items each time again. Three times... More

This is an economic hotel where everything works fine. And I had a room to the rising sun and a view to the volcanos! The room was great and had good furniture. The bathroom was good too. Only the restaurant could improve, but there are many places to eat nearby. And there is a taxi stop in the corner.

We visited Mexico City in January 2015 and stayed for about a week. The hotel is basic, mostly clean (absolutely acceptable for us) and offers big rooms and a great view if you get a room i.e. in the 13th floor on the backwards side. You can be waken up by the sun rising behind the two famous volcanos near... More

First visit to Mexico city. The hotel is In a good location but be aware it is not on the reforma avenue but on a side street off the main road. It is about a 20 minute to Centro historica and in the other direction 30 minute walk to the museum of anthropology. The rooms are very spacious, beds are... More

Thank you so much for your preference and your complete review. It is nice to know that you left the hotel thinking that you made an excellent choice. Our hotel is ideal for both business and leisure stays. It is located almost next to one of the most important avenues in Mexico City, Reforma Avenue. All the guestrooms are fully... More

I visited in December 2014 and stayed for a few days, it was my first visit to Mexico, and I was impressed. The hotel is unpretentious, the rooms are spacious, with enormous beds (they seem to be the standard in Mexico, yeeeey!!), and, in our case, great views (our room was facing the back). The hotel is in a great... More

everything in this hotel was dirty, from the curtains, to the shower head, the sink, the bedding, the tables at the first floor restaurant. This place is full of locals only and has been the worse experience I had. Did I mention we found roaches on top of the toilet paper twice. Stay away is not a nice place

This is my second time to visit Mexico city. I stayed at this hotel during both times, the first time by myself, the second time with my family and friends. I enjoyed both stays. The good things about this hotel are: 1) Its location. It is close to many attractions and restaurants, it is in a very safe neighborhood. 2) Its... More

It's a nice hotel close to the city centre, 3 minutes walk from Reforma Metrobus stop. The room is big and has a safety deposit box. Free bottles of water. Wi-fi connection is fast and good quality. Fresh fruit juices for breakfast.
