The hotel is very comfortable and close to everything.. Staff was good.. I have a complain about the AC in my room.. It was making a hell lot of noise.. We stayed in El ejecutivo back in September. This is the 3rd time that we visited Mexico city...I have to say that we will be back! Very comfortable hotel with parking and friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is walking distance to Zocalo, Zona Rosa and Angel de Independencia as well as the bus that takes you to Chapultepec. The restaurant haz very good food as well.

I think the best thing about the hotel was the inclusive breakfast. Best breakfast out of my 4 times traveling to Mexico. Went with my significant other. The room was spacious, actually too spacious. terrible! we were very excited because of the pictures and the great reviews, but we ended up very dissappionted. It rooms are big and look like the pictures, but then add 30 years and no maintenance. Nails come out of the floor, of all the lights only one lamp had a light bulb... and it had the very bright white... More
