This hotel is located about a block away from Reforma which makes it a perfect location! It allows close access to many landmarks and restaurants, yet without all the noise of the city. Upon check-in, we were greeted with a friendly smile by Diego who was extremely helpful in making sure that we had a comfortable stay. A few days... More

Short walk to restaurants starbucks and Duncan donuts close by. Hotel staff were efficient and nice. No problems with anything. Boyfriend loved that the king size sheets were changed daily. bathroom was excellent. View was over a rooftop so that was a bummer.

It was my second time at this hotel and I still had the excellent experience like the first time. Amazing location, very good restaurant (this time I tried breakfast as well and it is really worth it, there is a lot of variety and a food mix of Mexican and international food) and excellent customer service. I would go back... More

Overall a good hotel. Concerned with a safety issue with hotel writing hotel room on room card. If i had lost the card, the finder would know which hotel and room i was staying in. Stand alone air conditioner was very noisy. Had to shut it off to tne able to sleep.

We have stayed with 5 senior couples in this hotel during 5 nights. The hotel is well placed in the center of the city. The 3 star rating is exaggerated. The rooms are large with basic comfort. The bathroom is not very clean and the hotel service is average. The staff speaks only Spanish.

The minute we walked in we knew it was not good....people in the front desk were very unfriendly. We walked to our room, and rooms are not that bad until we opwn the bathroom!! Terrible, terrible smell came from the shower, and there was nothing they could do. The AC is a portable unit wich is not enough for the... More

If you are traveling on a low budget and want to stay in a decent hotel with an accesible price, El Ejecutivo is one good option. In general, is pretty clean and everyone is very friendly and helpful. Only thing I wasn't very happy is that bed sheets were old, I'd like to think they were clean but they looked... More

I suppose I should have known better; when you get handed the remote control for the TV after you check in, and they demand payment for 4 nights up front I should have smelt a rat! By trusting me gave them the benefit of the doubt and it all was down hill from there on in. My room, 702, faced... More

I was excited to stay here as the reviews were great, but I was disappointed. There were definite positives. The location was great, the rooms were big and had good storage space. The internet was excellent. The rooms were modern but in poor repair. We had several things broken which we were assured would be fixed and were not. We... More

Found the hotel on Orbitz and booked for a one night stay. Service was friendly at check in. Then we got to the room. On the 7th floor..... as soon as we walked into the bathroom, we smelled sewage... a foul smell that was certainly not normal for a hotel. We closed the door and decided that since we were... More
