This Hotel has a great location its close to various sites (Museo Cera, Zona Rosa, Angel de la Independencia). The staff is friendly. Breakfast is ok. Rooms are good, only bad thing is that few channels on TV but that doesn't matter if you don't spend much time in the hotel.

I feel like I have to temper people's expectations from the overall great ratings. I wavered between giving it a 2 or 3 star rating just because it is such a fantastic deal. The Positives: Price Safe location in the mid-point of most attractions. Their car service is trustworthy and quick and I'd recommend taking them without fear. Beds are... More

This was just a fantastic place to stay. It has a European pension vibe to it and is in a great location. The food was good and the staff incredibly helpful. The only complaints I would have is that paid a premium to have an Engish speaking guide for an excursion. The driver did not speak Engish and no English... More

The staff was great and the breakfast buffet was good. I had a horrible time though with getting a wireless signal in my room and when I went down to the business room to use those computers, there were usually young people using them all to watch videos or playing games. Half the time, there was no signal in the... More

I write many reviews and go to many SA cities. So I know what to expect with hotels not in the US. A 3 star hotel is the rating and the cost is under $50 per night. Sure it is basic and it should be for the price. It is old but not shabby. It is spotless old sometimes does... More

I booked a week's stay here due to the place having one of the highest average ratings on the internet, especially among English-speaking travelers. After 7 days here, I simply can't understand the hype. So many problems: constant noise, with big cracks under the door so that you hear every door opening and closing on your floor; the cleaning staff... More

Good location, feels safe, friendly and helpful front desk. Clean rooms. No balconies or great ventilation but quiet. Restaurant menu uninspiring but didn't eat here. Could walk to financial & historic district. Reasonable price. No smoking

The rating is misleading- very basic hotel with shabby furniture, no air conditioning, poor ventilation and dirty crockery in the restaurant. Am not sure why the hotel has a good rating from others- unless it was distinctly cheaper earlier. We paid a high price (£70/double -similar to Zocolo) and one would definitely expect a better facility for that price. Good... More

I had a great one-week stay here in August 2015. The staff was welcoming and efficient. The room was basic but very comfortable and very clean. I had breakfast included in my room and it was great. It is within easy walking distance to all the nightlife and food that Zona Rosa has to offer. It is also close via... More
