There was nothing awesome and nothing horrible about the hotel. Just an average, basic Holiday Inn. The definite pro was the buffet breakfast. There were lots of choices and fresh, fresh, fruit, which I smothered with yogurt and granola. Breakfast service was excellent, too. The waitress was always there with a fresh cup of coffee, so we didn't need to... More

They make you use your bath towels several time they forget to leave shampoo , and if they want you to miss your bed, they are doing a great job, the bed is as hard as a rock. How ever the employees are very courteous and helpful

(19/July/14 Morning shift) Well, the bad thing of the hotel is the STAFF nobody cares to give you a warm Welcoming!!! Never before have I had a problem with the hotel reservations even though I have travelled pretty much around the world. That's why I was completely surprised when the first problem was with the Front desk staff, BAD WELCOMING,... More

Warm and welcoming Stayed here a number of times. Great nabe, right at the Tlalpan subway stop. Nice breakfast spread, Mexican dishes best.. Wish they had a pool, but hey, the prices are reasonable, yes the internal water system works well for us gringos.

This place is ok for 1 or 2 night stay, no more. Its a big holiday inn in an area of town where theres not a whole lot near by. So you probably wouldnt stay here unless you really needed to be nearby (like us who attended an event) or you are using free points and want to use the... More

We selected this hotel because it was a bit cheaper than the other holiday inn....We stayed 2 nights here. There was quite a big traffic in the street inf front of the hotel, but it was really quiet and confortable. The front desk service was really good, the room was really clean and confortable. Far from typical inconvenient rustic hotel... More

I didn't research this one as well as I should have. I thought it would be near downtown Coyoacan and the Saturday Market and it wasn't. The hotel is near a highway and you can't walk anywhere. There's really nothing to do in the area without taking a train or cab. It was conveniently located to a metro stop which... More

When I booked this reservation, the hotel was named "Holiday Inn Coyoacan." As we wanted to explore the recommended towns of Coyoacan and neighboring San Angel, we reserved a room for 2 nights. We were so disappointed when our taxi pulled up to the hotel and it was right on the main highway, in a dicey neighborhood. While the hotel... More

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Travel with an infant is tough and when we arrived from San Francisco CA (where we are from) to Mexico D.F. it was so busy with the traffic it was so nice to arrive and be greeted at the hotel, assisted immediately with our luggage and check-in was very helpful they even had the... This was a realy nice place. It was clean and the staff mostly all spoke english and were extremly helpfull. The area around the hotel was not up to much but it was near the train and had good acess to the city, I would definitley stay there again. It had an excellent resturant with reasonable prices
