I can recommend for everyone who visit to Mexico City. The hotel and hotel area is safe. Short walking to Zocalo and everything is very close or easy access. The staff is very warm heart, helpful and kind. Only one thing what is not too lucky that the street of the hotel is one way and the transportation pick up-drop... More

Had a great nights sleep in the hotel. I had originally booked for four people but@ checkin there were only two of us. The clerk adjusted the price no problem. In Mexico, they never like to refund anything. We stayed in the 6th floor just remodeled. It has the best beds I've stayed at in Mexico. Really nice bathroom and... More

Stayed in of their recently remodeled rooms which was a great deal for the price. The housekeeping did an excellent job of cleaning it every day and the staff on the lower level provided help when needed. This hotel is very close to public transportation, bars, restaurants. My only complaint is the wifi which doesnt work well.

Very satisfied except that the area has way too much noise around and since the rooms have no AC one needs to keep the windows open and if you are a light sleeper like me u won't get much sleep over night

Thank you for your review! It is a shame you didn't told us you need AC, we do not have it installed at the rooms but we do have fans available for our guests at request this way you don´t need to keep the window open. I hope that knowing this you will return and give us the opportunity to... More

The beds and pillows are the best feature of the hotel!!! the location of the hotel is very good, you will find metro station (Pino Suarez) is around the corner and the "Zocalo" is very close walking.

I stayed here with my husband and daughter from June 24th through June 27th. The staff here were great. They were all nice and friends friendly. The staff was definitely part of the upside. Upon checking in we not noticed the toilet was leaking water, not very much, but enough to be a bother. The man at the front desk... More

Sorry but this review should be for the hotel people. Rooms were cramped, no air conditioning, no hot water at 4 a.m. Wake up call was 20 minutes late, noisy. I do appreciate the service of the front desk but the condition of the hotel was tolerable except the no hot water. Cold water did wake me up for our... More

The hotel is ok for the price and is located walking distance to the Zocalo. The staff are a bit helpful and can communicate in English but I think they can be better trained in interpersonal communications. They lack business-like public relations and are dressed so lousily. The bellboys look so much better (with their uniforms) than those who man... More

I had a very good experience. The room was very cleaned, the staff was very nice and accommodating, and the price was reasonable. This hotel was a last-minute choice. but had clean rooms with reliable, free wifi, and is conveniently located near the Zocalo and is an easy commute to the airport. The neighborhood is questionable. but it is an inexpensive option for a short or stay in Mexico City on your way to other parts of Mexico.

Dear guest I am happy that you were pleased with your choice for your stay. I wish to let you know that our neighborhood is perfectly safe, it might look a little bit intimidating at night but there is plenty street light and police patrolling around due to the closeness to the zocalo and presidential palace , so if you...
