Stayed at this hotel in November 2015 for 5 nights. Hotel is small and a bit hidden in the historic centre of Mexico City however it is a great place to spend the nights. The hotel's personel are very friendly and helpfull. Rooms are cleaned every day. Rooms are not too big but still comfortable. It is to my knowledge... More

We stayed at this hotel 3 nights. We chose it mainly because it was close to downtown. Here are some of the things that are wrong with this hotel: - The shower and toilet are not separated, they are so close to each other and there's no wall or anything separating them. - There was a broken window in the... Hotel Canada is a good place to stay in the old city of Mexico. It's two blocks away from the Zocalo and very near the shopping area. It's small place and the rooms are nothing to rave about but they are good enough for one or two night stay. Don't expect much. I will say the breakfast in the morning... More

if you are looking for a fancy hotel, this isn't the place. It's clean but very noisy and the room I had had a peculiar smell, but you can't beat the location. It's right in the center of Mexico City, steps away from the Zocolo, Cathedral and great archeological sites. It is relatively inexpensive and within walking distance from everything.... More

On booking I asked for an indication of the food, there was a lot of fish therefore, I therefore advised I would need to cancel as my partners was not a fish eater, with this I was advised they would cater for this and alter his meal to accommodate. The food served to both of us was excellent, the service... More

The hotel is really simple, but the service is nice and the location is perfect, at the heart of the historical center. That's an excellent choice for the price. Rooms are basics & small but with WiFi and showers. Nice private safe inside the room to secure valuables & belongings. Breakfast is included at the top floor, offering some nice... More

This hotel provides good value in a location which is convenient to the Zocolo, the rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. The hotel could improve internet coverage by adding repeaters, the coverage is not adequate. If available, I prefer to stay next door at Hotel Rioja, which costs less and has better internet, to the extent that I... More

We were three in a two queens bedroom, they gave us only ONE key. And when I asked the front desk to open my room door for me, the worker wasn't happy. Also our room was facing the main street and there were no sound proof at all.

I will start off by saying that the accommodation is not terrible for the price which includes a decent breakfast, however, the customer service was not great. We asked the hotel if we could borrow an iron because we had an important event to attend that night. They said it had been borrowed but they would call as soon as... More

The reason this hotel is so busy is that it is very cheap and it's in the centre of town. This was why I chose it. But I only managed two out of three nights as the noise from the corridors - doors slamming, people talking loudly, other televisions - meant that I was woken up four times in one... More
