This is a nice business class hotel on par with most new Hilton, Westin, etc. Beautiful lobby, spacious rooms, clean and comfortable beds, nice furniture and decor. The staff overall are friendly and helpful. Not everyone speaks English but most do. The location for this hotel is also very good. Easy access to all the historic sites and museums in... more

Stayed here early May with my wife for 2 nights at the start of our holiday, driving through Mexico. The hotel's location is very good: central and next to some places that provide breakfast (Starbucks and an Italian restaurant). With a location in front of the Alameda park, it`s very walkable to the Bellas Artes, the Zocalo, Plaza Garibaldi, etc.... more

I suppose when you choose to stay at a Sheraton, you do so because you know it will probably be average to above-average. This was true of my stay at the Sheraton in Mexico City's Centro Histórico. The rooms are comfortable but not anything to write home about. My bed was "good enough". I had an excellent view of the... more

I ended up here after getting stuck without a hotel room at the Fiesta Americana and calling all around and finding NOTHING else in Mexico City. I never would have thought to book this hotel, because I’m really not into huge, high rise chain hotels, but I would definitely stay here again. Location: Not bad, it was surprisingly fast to... more

Enjoyed my stay at this Sheraton which is an excellent business hotel. It has a great location right opposite a wonderfu park, a beautifullobby and the rooms are very well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The restaurants in the hotel are first class, and you can enjoy a very good buffet lunch in the first floor... more

Booked this hotel via Hotelclub.com. Paid 100 USD per night, which was very reasonable. Located in walking distance to the historical centre....a short 10 minute walk to the Zucalo. The hotel is pretty new, and the public areas are airly and stylish, which a lot of things going on. There are many restaurants, lounges and bars in the lobby. The... more

Hello everyone, I stayed at the Sheraton while on business in Mexico City. My rate was $180 US per night. I have never been to Mexico City before, and the hotel my co-workers were staying in was full. My travel agent recommended this hotel as it was centrally located. Check in was very timely and my room was awesome. I... more

For location, it's quite good as it's between the Zocalo (the city's main square) and the Zona Rosa (the entertainment district), and on the main street of Avenue Juarez. It does get very quiet though during the night and you have to walk a fair bit before you can find a bit of life and food, and you might not... more

Very attractive and very comfortable hotel facing Alameda park. Great rooms (particularly those higher up with views) and slick lobby/bar. Well reviewed restaurant which we didn't try - terrace breakast dining was lovely though. Location is just 2 blocks from the Belles Artes, 6 from the Zocalo and generally in the middle of town. As Starwood members we received a... more

We stayed from january 31 to february 3, loved this hotel, very comfortable, modern, clean and beautiful. The service is impeccable. This hotel is well located right in the action and is a quiet relief from the busy activities in MC. We will return next year. We ate at the winebar restaurant twice. the food was excellent. more
