Was here for 4-nights in July for a sight-seeing trip to Mexico DF. We spent a little extra to be on the executive floor and it was really worth it. Had a fabulous view of Chapultepec Park and the city, breathtaking. Amenties were plentiful and good quality products. The executive lounge was wonderful, super friendly staff, well stocked bar, snacks... More

Definitively not a 5 star Hotel. The Hotel is getting old it smells like smoke and the employees at the front desk are not helpful. The only plus this hotel has is the Location. Needs to be remodeled rooms are small and bathrooms are very dark. Won't stay again on this "5 star Hotel".

I have stayed at the Fiesta Americana Grand Chapultepec a couple of times since I needed to stay in the Polanco/Chapultepec area. The Hotel is location is ideal, on the edge of Polanco and just off Reforma and Mariano Escobedo. The Hotel has a small lobby with a small bar, but good enough for a business trip. There is a... This is a wonderful hotel. My room was across from the park and castle. Really great views. It cost a little extra however the business floor where I had full use of the lounge, exclusive to the top floor was well worth it. I only stayed two days but I wished it were longer. Great staff great service great experience.... More

Almost all positives here - the front desk staff was friendly, the room was large with a comfortable bed, internet was free, plenty of electrical outlets for computers and such, the restaurant was excellent (at various times I had breakfast, lunch and dinner there), room service was quick, taxis were easy to get, and there was a nice, pretty park... This hotel is very well run and everything worked very smoothly. The staff were very helpful at all times and the breakfast on the top floor restaurant was excellent. The upper floors have spectacular views, and for a business visitor everything works very effectively. The area itself seems quite safe and I was able to walk to places such as... More

Stayed here with colleagues for a number of nights on business. Whilst the rooms could do with an update, they make up for this in size and space and we had fantastic views of Chaputelec Park. If you're a light sleeper traffic noise may disturb you from 6am onwards, drivers like to use their horns! The staff were very friendly... More

This hotel is already a bit old and that is evident in the decor and the overall look of the hotel, however it is very well maintained and very clean. It is probably the best "old" hotel I've ever been in. I usually prefer to stay in lower level however newer hotels but this Fiesta American does not let you... More

A few nights at this hotel. Its in a great location, close to the park and lots of museums. Many restaurants in the area to chose from. Impeccable service, they really try to care for you. Not the standard of a Hilton Marriott or Hyatt, but very good and not so pricy option for business.

Unless you have to be in that particular part of town there is no point in booking here - nothing to do close by, hardly any eating places around, and overall far too expensive for what you get - no easy access to the metro system that is really the easiest and cheapest way to get around (but avoid hectic...
