When I first got there, It looked normal from the outside, even kind of nice... but once you come out of the elevators you start realizing how bad it is. Old carpets that smell really bad and the whole place looks old and in bad shape. Once inside the room, the smell gets worst as you see the old furniture... more

I ended up booking this hotel via Priceline, andwanted to explore Mexico City after a few days at a conference in Merida. After booking via Priceline, I was expecting the worst after reading the reviews here. I ended up having a very good experience. The room I got, #1009, was large and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, the views... more

If you expect to be treated like a guest, don't bother to stay here. We spend 9 days (prepaid or we would have left the first night). The view over Paseo de la Reforma was great, but that's about all. We wanted this view to see the Independence Day Military Parade on Sept 16 or we would have demanded a... more

I had read all the reviews here before booking this hotel, and chose it for the location and the free internet access in the room. During my stay, the internet access worked on the first day, but then did not work for the rest of my (four night) stay. This was a major disappointment for me, as I had a... more

We stayed here for a week and found the hotel to be just fine. It is centrally located and within walking distance of a lot of things you'd want to see in Mexico City. Despite being right on the Paseo it was not noisy, with double glazing and shutters on all windows. The room was large and clean and the... more

When I arrived I found out they had overbooked (but they were not telling me what was going on and were pretending that I never booked it!). They finally put me in another nearby hotel (of a lesser category). The next day, as I was checking out from the other hotel, they wouldn't allow me to leave because Hotel Mision... more

I´ve just stayed in this hotel and it´s preatty much ok. The room isn´t bad even though it´s too dark and the bathroom is smelly. Internet in the room worked fine too. I didn´t eat in the hotel, only breakfast and it was decent. My company booked in the hotel since there was a convention going on in the city.... more

I stayed here about 4 times during the summer of 2005. The location is convenient--if you're walking to historic downtown or to public transportation--but it is very hard to get to during rush hour (which lasts late into the evening in Mexico City) and impossible when protests clog the Reforma artery (which is about once or twice a week). The... more

We stayed in this hotel while vacationing in Mexico. It is located near the Zona Rosa and Chapultepec, which in my opinion is the best and safest place to stay for tourists to stay in Mexico City. The hotel mainly caters to business travelers as it is near the financial district, not to tourists. The rooms are nice (no street... more

The location of is convenient to the old town of Mexico City which, bye the way, is very interesting. I found the hotel comfortable. The room and bathroom were very nicely appointed and spacious. The staff were most helpful, cheerful and fairly efficient. The breakfasts were very good and catered to most needs and cultures. There is a safe in... more
