These people made a handicap ramp right ON the room entrance door. When we saw the entrance to the room, we asked for another room and they could not care less. I took a picture of this bizarre situation. The only nice things in here: the restaurants. More

I am not one to write negative reviews, so this is a first. I am a business traveler, and so I see a lot of hotels, in a lot of countries. There is no excuse for how dirty my room was. I was only there overnight, so I had no way to really deal with it - I was there... More

This hotel is ideal if you are overnighting in Mexico City to catch another flight or bus. You don't have to leave the airport to stay here which is a bonus if you are not comfortable knocking around this huge, polluted and sometimes unsafe city. My favourite bits are the lobby bar which is panelled with alabaster slabs and has... More

I have stayed in many hotels but Camino Real Aereopuerto is the first time I have to decide between the toilet or the shower to brush my teeth, I call them to fix the sink and a light after more than an hour I was left with no sink and the light was never fixed, that was not all the... More

What a dump this place is. Sure, it's connected to the airport but it is really a motel. The front desk is unprofessional and incompetent. The rooms are musty and dirty. And you feel that you aren't safe. Not good. More

My flight to Puebla was cancelled so I ended up in Mexico City instead. Camino Real is across the street from Terminal 1 so you can't beat the location. (This was after getting ripped off by a taxi driver trying to take me to a fleabag downtown) It is very clean. The room was noisy... but it was spacious and... More

Airport hotels are airport hotels..... That being said my room at the executive (8th) floor was fully equipped. More

I was booked into this hotel by a friend for a layover. After reading some of the reviews I'll admit I was not looking forward to my stay here as a lot of reviews made it sound like a flea-pit. In reality it was a clean, and spacious place. The room (floor 4) was large, tidy and modern, boasting a... More

My hotel room was clean, the front desk was friendly..I can tell that the bathroom needed some updating, the tub looked a bit worn (but not bad)..This hotel is extremely convenient because it is attached to the airport, so you just cross a well-lit, enclosed, see through bridge and you walk right into the airport. Since my flight was leaving... More

The rooms are very nice. I speak fluent Spanish and still I was deceived or communicated to wrongly about making a phone call to the US that cost me 50 bucks and they made no effort to help me and corporate didn't even respond to my 3 letters. The Hilton is right inside the airport near International (US) baggage claim... More
