Conveniently located for people waiting for an overnight connection flight. It has a bridge from the airport to the hotel. For the price and considering this is a 5 stars hotel, I think they need to make a lot of improvements. Our room was very small, the floor at the bathroom was broken and the carpets in both the room... More

We stay at the Camino Real Aeropuerto Mexico City for one night because we arrived late at night and had to be at the airport at 5.30am so its location was beneficial to getting some sleep. Our stay was pleasant and comfortable albeit short, it provided some nice horizontal sleep after two longish flights. The staff were helpful, courteous and... More

Had a one-night stay here before an early morning flight. It is connected to terminal 1 via pedway, making it useful for international flights. If you don't speak Spanish, staff are fluent in English. Room was clean and the purified bathroom water was a nice surprise. No free Wifi though. More expensive than hotels in central Mexico City, but I... More

Other than the location, there is nothing special about this poorly updated 70's style hotel. The walls are thin and ceilings are low making the rooms feel old and claustrophobic. Every evening there seems to be a pretty long line for checking in and being that it is a busy airport hotel, I would have thought the staff would work... More

I was forced to stay on this hotel because my flight arrived very late at night. The bad experience started right in the check in. It was a line of one hour and a half to check in , and only three people were working on the front desk. The croupier told us that that line happens everyday. It was... More

This is a business hotel right in the airport terminal 1. You will find it at Puerto 4. Go up to the second floor and cross the covered walkway over the street and there you are. This hotel is cheap for airport hotels, but; Restaurants are expensive in the hotel as is the bar. And don't even bother with the... More

This is a convenient hotel if you fly in late at night, but overall the place looks dated, and rooms are average at best. For the price, there are many options close by with newer facilities. On the plus side, they do have a great restaurant selection downstairs.

I stayed one night at this hotel. This hotel is next to the Terminal 1 connected with a bridge. The room I had was very basic and nothing to old. I had a dinner at open restaurant and food was ok. The staff were friendly. For the price I paid, I am sure there are better choices.

I ended up in this hotel for I miss a connection flight. So I arrived during the night and using a voucher from Aeromexico. I say this because this might have been one of the reasons why the staff was not keen to help. We asked for their help as something was wrong with the voucher and they utterly ignored... More
