I have stayed at Camino Real twice now. The rooms are fairly expensive by mexican standards, but the location at the airport (short walkway directly over to terminal 1) makes it worth it if you have a flight the next day. The rooms are nice and clean, the same for the rest of the hotel. The service is also fairly... More

After having an involuntary stopover at Mexico City Airport, arriving at 230am left us a bit apprehensive. The hotel was situated at the other terminal but a bus came to take us the 5 minute journey. The public areas were comfortable, the corridors to the rooms were quite dimly lit but on entering the room, it was comfortable, the bedding... More

Stayed here because I had a very early flight out the next morning.Check-in took well overdan hour. Room was just so-so but clean. Restaurants were either horribly overpriced or lousy (the one where I ate). I would not stay here again. I have stayed at other Casino Reals, happily, but this hotel dies not deserve the name. I did, however,... More

I stay in this hotel several times a year after late flights into MEX and it is overall OK although a bit pricey for what it is. Yesterday I encountered an enormous lineup for checkin at 11pm, which is bit what you wish after a day of flights. I still prefer thus Hotel over the in-terminal alternative in T1, but... More

I wanted to stay at Camino Real Polanco but we had a couple of meetings by the airport and decided to stay here. Staff is great but Wifi is expensive and almost unavailable, they charge you for a non existant service. My shower wasn't working properly and finally I requested a room change, this time the shower was ok but... More

This use to be a great hotel. It is expensive but location is the best for Mexico City airport. However the service is not old at all. Cues to check in. Slow check out. Bad and expensive bar. Room was ok and beds were good with a great view if the tarmac room 7155

I have to go through MEX and overnight at least 4 times a year. A couple of weeks ago, I booked a room at the CR for a night. My 3rd time at the hotel. I used to like the CR for its inherent Mexico kind of vibe..not overly luxurious but kind of quirky. I stay at the club level... More

Well the food is ok at breakfast many options but service very indifferent and even when you asked for something most of the waiters put their 'service-faces' so it makes you feel uncomfortable. The room was very small which i didn't mind but it was very noisy. So if you can get into Ramada, Hilton Courtyard or NH in Terminal... More

I was put here after Delta on one day had mechanical failure and the next day after they didn't manage to get me out. There is no free internet. 56 peso for an hour or 250 for 24 hours (maybe a peso or 2 incorrect but this is the idea) WHY WHY WHY do they still do this. The room... More
