This tiny 6 room hotel is 50m from the heart of Condesa. It has 20 excellent restaurants within 5 mins walk and as many bars. The tree lined streets and quaint houses make walking in any direction a delight. The great feature of the establishment is the common kitchen and sitting room. Access to a full sized refrigerator and small... More

This is a great little hotel in the heart of Colonia Condesa - a wonderful, vibrant neighborhood in Mexico city. Very easy to get to the main attractions from the hotel as well (via metro, taxis, or Uber). The rooms are very nice - comfortable beds, clean linens, a nice shower with hot water, place to store clothes (a dresser... More

So I found this little hotel in the heart of La Condesa. When I say little I mean there are 6 rooms, and a small kitchen you can use to make simple things, real simple, the ladies who work there are helpfull, and nice, it´s clean, with a tiny balcony but it is still a balcony. When I say in... More

This small hotel is perfectly located in the Condesa, and has very helpful and friendly staff. Very reasonable rates. Our room was great, with huge windows and a balcony overlooking the street. I wasn't crazy about the bed, and there was some street noise, but I would give it five stars nonetheless. When we return to DF, we'll definitely be... More

I spent just one night here, but enjoyed my stay. The staff was helpful and friendly, as was the owner. My room was separated from the lobby/reception desk just by a door, and so noise from guests and staff could clearly be heard, but this wasn't a problem during the night. The room had a little shared patio, writing area,... More

I am writing my review after spending 5 days in Amatlán 84. This is my second trip to Mexico DF and it has consolidate my love to this city and its people. I am sure that the fact of living in Condesa has played a positive role on this, to me this is a magical place! Nevertheless, I am also... More

Six rooms. Great location, quiet street, modern and comfortable, common area microwave and fridge, all the hot water you want, helpful and friendly staff. Priced right. So, what's not to like? No desk. No real outdoor lounging space, but its easy enough to lounge and write at one of the many area cafes. We had a very good stay.
