Great Hotel, very pleased with everything. The one suggestion I would offer to the hotel is to give your clients their coffee, not just 2 then have to pay for more, the hotel is not a discount hotel so they should offer bottled water daily and additional coffee in room each day.

i stayed at Las Suites for 3 months. Loved every day of it. Staff is top notch, service is top notch, and facilities are great. The food is somewhat limited, but you can walk easily to many restaurants. The breakfast set up is simple, but very good. Staff is incredible accomodating and hard working. Highly recomend.

Good except breakfast and restaurant. Some years ago was fine but quality and quantity was falling down. When you are a frequent customer and arrives before the checkin hour, you have the courtesy to access the room but this hotel had changed this...

Stayed at this hotel for 3 weekends during a business trip - and I loved it. Quiet, relaxing. Classy and good loking hotel, spa facilities at your use 24/7. Good and well kept rooms. I will join other reviews by saying that the breakfast selection is quite repetitive but it's good and will serve you just fine. Located in Polanco... More

This hotel is just what you want if you travel to Mexico city for pleasure, or business. Is stratgically located in a corner of "Polanco" Which is an area full of Restaurants, Bars, Art Galleries and The finests Boutiques thourghout Mexico City. As son as you walk in the Hotel, you can tell they took care of little but important... More

Very nice hotel, modern decor and comfortable rooms. Room service food was exceptionally bad, even sent it back and got an equally poor plate of food. If you plan on staying there, choose to have your meals elsewhere.

Stayed at hotel 2 weeks, was clean... Friendly... Breakfast is included and is pretty good. You can walk to a shopping center and has several restaurants nearby. Is very close to the highway but you won't hear much of the noise. Pool is on the top floor, is small... But relaxing and has an okay view. Definitely will stay vs.... More

Love the hotel and its uniqueness. Staff were friendly. Luis was my favourite hotel staff. I missed him. Room was clean and location of the hotel was very good. Within walking distance to Polanco where all the good food are. My only complaint is that I did not have time to try all the food. The other real complain I... More

Rooms facing Campos Eliseos are the best. The higher the floor the better. Many rooms in the hotel face into other rooms in the hotel. If you like to keep the curtains open and the outside light in the room ask to face the street (the front of the hotel). It looks across at a school.

Not close enought from Polanco. You must walk more than 20 minutes to arrive to the bars and restaurants zone. Rooms very good. Breakfast without too much food, could be more complete. I have missing Nespresso free cups
