This lovely guest house is well located in the Zona Rosa, slightly off very busy Centro Historico, surrounded by a few beautiful areas with a good selection of restaurants and bars. There is an underground station nearby so it is easy enough to move around and the area is safe and comfortable for walking in the evenings. The rooms are... More

Location: good locatio once you figure out how to get around. Maps are available but no information along with them, I.e. closest station, restaurants nearby, interesting streets. All of which can be found nearby but noone tells you its there. And when you ask the staff don't seem to know very much. They are very nice people though, just a... More

I stayed here 3 times, it is a small place, tastefully decorated, has a nice little garden to hide from the noise of Mexico if needed, and runned by a charming family who is very helpful and always good to chat with!

Wow! I just spent a luscious, romantic last few days at Dos Fridas y Diego! I feel so blessed that my companion booked this funky, lovely place for us to stay while we explored Mexico City and several neighboring towns! The dish on this B & B: this place is a TRUE GEM! From the festive decor (imagine rose and... More

The good: run by a lovely family in a quiet, safe neighborhood not too far from the subway. The included breakfast is excellent, really the best free breakfast I've had in a hostel/guesthouse. There's a nice hostel doggie, my private bathroom in the Blue Room was giant, the prices were reasonable, and the backyard is gorgeous. The ok: while wifi... More

My mom and I stayed there for around 5 days and they were the best days ever. The rooms are very clean and the beds are very comfortable. The house decoration is very beautiful inspired in Frida Khalo’s paintings so it’s very colorful. The breakfast (which is included on the price) was very delicious and since my mom and I... More

I stayed for a few nights in both the private room with the ensuite bath and the smaller room (on the street) with the shared bath. Both rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was about the right proportion and delicious. I sleep fairly soundly but did not notice any street noises in either room. I also did not see... More
