I traveled to Mexio City for work and needed to be near the Zona Rosa. Colleagues stayed at several hotels nearby. We all agreed that Villa Condesa was the best. It's on a quiet street but close to restaurants and a taxi stand, and also close to the National Anthropology Museum. The wifi is good, the food is delicious. Most... More

I had been in Mexico City 5 times in the last two years on Business trips and stayed in a big chain Hotel before. However, I was getting tired of the lack of personal touch and customer service. I was in Villa Condesa last week. The Hotel is gorgeaus and the rooms are decorate to make you feel you are... More

As a frequent visitor to Mexico I can testify that i have been in many hotels. This conveniently located, impeccably decorated, comfortable hotel is the best i have experienced. I don't hesitate to recommend it.

I have stayed here a few times. The location is great. It is a charming place with some nice rooms. My most recent stay was disappointing. The room was quite cold, lousy water pressure in the shower, stained threadbare towels. The room could have used a deep careful cleaning. Also the reception called a taxi for me and the private... The Villa Condesa is located behind a nondescript gate on Colima. As there are no signs or markings aside from the street number, be sure to know the address for arrival. The hotel is well decorated and quite nice, though at the time of our visit seemed very quiet and sparsely visited. Our room was on the ground floor, and... More

We had a lovely stay in this charming, well-located small hotel. Friendly and accommodating staff, comfortable rooms and public spaces, stylish yet homey. Delicious breakfast! Would definitely return.

Maybe one's experience of this hotel depends on the room you are given. We booked a larger room with a terrace through hotels.com and were given No. 5. This place was average. The room was on the first floor, and it was dark and small. We did have a terrace -- a sofa and two chairs that backed onto a... More

My husband and I stayed at Hotel Villa Condesa for five nights in December. This was our first trip to Mexico City. As soon as we arrived, we both agreed this hotel was an amazing value! Our room was large and cozy. The bed was comfortable and although reviews say it can be noisy, we were not disturbed by noise... More

I booked the hotel 3 weeks before my planned arrival. The night before I arrive (while I am already on vacation in another part of Mexico), I receive a message saying my booking was canceled. Imagine my excitement from 11pm to 1am the night before I arrive in Mexico City trying to find another hotel. Terrible.

The boutique hotel is absolutely adorable. Our room on the top floor was quiet, somewhat spacious and included a modest balcony. What really made the stay were the staff. They were very friendly and eager to assist with everything- from arranging taxis to advising which restaurants to visit and calling tour operators to confirm pick-up times. The included breakfast each... More
