I have stayed here a few times. The location is great. It is a charming place with some nice rooms. My most recent stay was disappointing. The room was quite cold, lousy water pressure in the shower, stained threadbare towels. The room could have used a deep careful cleaning. Also the reception called a taxi for me and the private... The Villa Condesa is located behind a nondescript gate on Colima. As there are no signs or markings aside from the street number, be sure to know the address for arrival. The hotel is well decorated and quite nice, though at the time of our visit seemed very quiet and sparsely visited. Our room was on the ground floor, and... More

We had a lovely stay in this charming, well-located small hotel. Friendly and accommodating staff, comfortable rooms and public spaces, stylish yet homey. Delicious breakfast! Would definitely return.

Maybe one's experience of this hotel depends on the room you are given. We booked a larger room with a terrace through hotels.com and were given No. 5. This place was average. The room was on the first floor, and it was dark and small. We did have a terrace -- a sofa and two chairs that backed onto a... More

My husband and I stayed at Hotel Villa Condesa for five nights in December. This was our first trip to Mexico City. As soon as we arrived, we both agreed this hotel was an amazing value! Our room was large and cozy. The bed was comfortable and although reviews say it can be noisy, we were not disturbed by noise... More

I booked the hotel 3 weeks before my planned arrival. The night before I arrive (while I am already on vacation in another part of Mexico), I receive a message saying my booking was canceled. Imagine my excitement from 11pm to 1am the night before I arrive in Mexico City trying to find another hotel. Terrible.

The boutique hotel is absolutely adorable. Our room on the top floor was quiet, somewhat spacious and included a modest balcony. What really made the stay were the staff. They were very friendly and eager to assist with everything- from arranging taxis to advising which restaurants to visit and calling tour operators to confirm pick-up times. The included breakfast each... More

Charming oasis in lovely neighborhood. Very nice to have a quiet neighborhood and restaurant handy after a busy day touring Mexico City. Very near Parque Espana, a charming spot. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room, upstairs, was perfectly fine. Free Wi Fi & 2-for-1 cocktail hour. We would stay here again.

the advantage of a little place like this is the service. While it does not have the advantage of a super central location it is in a charming part of the city and the cab fare is less than ten bucks. But more importantly the staff were so keen to make my time in Mexico City enjoyable. They serve an... More

Very cool little hotel in the Condesa neighboor hood in Mexico City. We stayed with a group of friends and everybody agreed that the rooms were super clean and comfortable. Nice clean design with a various nooks to hang out and and relax. Staff was super helpful with informational bout the city, delivering food and drinks and overall super friendly.... More
