I booked the hotel 3 weeks before my planned arrival. The night before I arrive (while I am already on vacation in another part of Mexico), I receive a message saying my booking was canceled. Imagine my excitement from 11pm to 1am the night before I arrive in Mexico City trying to find another hotel. Terrible.

The boutique hotel is absolutely adorable. Our room on the top floor was quiet, somewhat spacious and included a modest balcony. What really made the stay were the staff. They were very friendly and eager to assist with everything- from arranging taxis to advising which restaurants to visit and calling tour operators to confirm pick-up times. The included breakfast each... More

Charming oasis in lovely neighborhood. Very nice to have a quiet neighborhood and restaurant handy after a busy day touring Mexico City. Very near Parque Espana, a charming spot. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room, upstairs, was perfectly fine. Free Wi Fi & 2-for-1 cocktail hour. We would stay here again.

the advantage of a little place like this is the service. While it does not have the advantage of a super central location it is in a charming part of the city and the cab fare is less than ten bucks. But more importantly the staff were so keen to make my time in Mexico City enjoyable. They serve an... More

Very cool little hotel in the Condesa neighboor hood in Mexico City. We stayed with a group of friends and everybody agreed that the rooms were super clean and comfortable. Nice clean design with a various nooks to hang out and and relax. Staff was super helpful with informational bout the city, delivering food and drinks and overall super friendly.... More

Very nice property in a great quiet location, it was initially hard to find because there is no sign outside and our taxi driver wasn't sure where it was. We got the room at the far end of the ground floor (which seems to be the same room the bad reviews refer to), it was right next to the dining... More

We stayed here in late February - early March 2014 and had a great experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the property is really lovely. Great breakfast in the restaurant, too. Our room was adjacent to the patio/restaurant area, so our room wasn't the most quiet, but it seemed like the rooms that were not facing the... More

Well located in a residential and said to be safe area. 10 to 15 minutes walking from a big concentration of bars and restaurants. Very friendly people. Cozy, very quiet, kind of family place. The hotel is well decorated, albeit cracking wooden floors - at least in our room - a "what you need", comfortable bathroom, nothing more, nothing less.... More

Choosing a place to stay is difficult due to patchy reviews but we decided to take a chance with this place. It is located in a residential neighbourhood but most of the cafes, restaurants and bars are around 15 - 20 minutes walk away. Service can be best described as patchy. Some of the staff seemed to be clueless and... More

I am in Mexico on vacation, and finding a hotel in Mexico City did not seem so easy since all the hotels had a lot of mixed reviews. I am really happy I chose to stay at Villa Condesa. On the whole the experience was really satisfactory. Surely the things I appreciated most were the kindness and helpfulness of the... More
