My wife and I stayed 5 nights here visiting family nearby. We opted out of the breakfast option, as it was a bit pricey and hadn't gotten good reviews ($8-10/person per day in addition). Given the wonderful food within easy walking distance at half the price, that turned out to be a good decision. The best internet rate for this... More

This is an older property with a just ok maintenance. The loation is good and safe. The rates are cheap, but I rather staying somewhere else (like a city express, emporio, etc). They have a neighbor that plays music very very loud every morning. I was in floor #9 and it was still very loud up there. That's probably the... More

our overall impression of this hotel is that is good value for what you get...it is rather basic and ask for a room with view as some look into a concrete wall and ours lacked some space (though others seemed more spacious)...it has aircon which is great for the price.. it is clean and it is nice they provide bottled... I took sort of an "Under the Tuscan Sun"/"Eat, Pray, Love" trip to Mexico on the verge of a very painful break-up. It was VERY last minute, so this was pretty much what I ended up with as hotels go. I was pleasantly surprised however. The hotel is very nice, staff is very accommodating, and the rooms and lobby were... More

I got a great deal (about $35 USD) a night through HRS, a Web-based reservation service. When I checked in, they showed a higher rate. When I showed them the reservation from HRS, they told me they would honor it and made a photocopy of my reservation sheet. The entire stay was great. The hotel rooms are clean and quiet... More

We chose this hotel because of the price and location. It was recommended to us by other friends. The standard is above average, and if youre looking for a cheap hotel to stay for a few nights this will do. Its not cool, trendy or high standard, but a place to sleep at a reasonable price... More

We just stayed here my most recent trip to Mexico City. After a nightmarish stay at Hotel Del Angel on Rio Lerma, This was a pleasant surprise for the same money. We arrived on March 26th and only stayed that night and even though we were rocked out of bed at 3am by a pretty substantial earthquake....and being on the... More

We stayed here as we prepared to sell my cousin's Mexico City apartment. The service was great, and it was near the pink zone. If you're American, the staff is helpful in that they speak good English. It's a bit small, but otherwise it's wonderful in every way. The breakfast buffet is Mexican style only. More

For the price you get for booking directly at the hotel's website, this comes as a bargain for under US$50 (plus taxes). A nice large room, great location (close to metro, shops on Calle Londres and bars at ZonaRosa), free internet dowstairs and friendly staff. It is definitely a luxury treat for an average price if you are making a... More

When I first got there, It looked normal from the outside, even kind of nice... but once you come out of the elevators you start realizing how bad it is. Old carpets that smell really bad and the whole place looks old and in bad shape. Once inside the room, the smell gets worst as you see the old furniture... More
