Incredible! The service was incredible. Another reviewer said it already--staff anticipated my every need. From the moment I checked in the service was on point. Even the door men and bell boys had their acts together. The neighbourhood was pretty well laden with places to eat and a few night spots. The hotel itself could use a bit of updating,... More

The Hilton in Mexico is an excellent choice for business. The staff were wonderful. Constantly seeking ways to make you more comfortable. Being there before Christmas the lobby was beautifully decorated. Food in the Executive Lounge for breakfast and dinner was great. Lounge was comfortable for talking, meeting or just relaxing. A welcome respite in a busy city. More

Decoration might look a bit old, but great comfort and great facilities. Only reason not to give it a top rating is because my wife had a small package with... More

A luxury hotel in the Polanco area of mexico city, the Beverly hills of Mexico! Walk around this beautiful neighborhood with its many parks named after famous people like Gandhi, Einstein and Martin Luther King. Very safe with many terrific restaurants like Villa Maria and EL Bajio. The staff anticipate your every need and you dont even have to ask... More

If you are looking at this review, you already know that this hotel is pricey even for Mexican peso levels. However, the comfort, location, and views are very nice. Just eat out which there are MANY options around. Enjoy. More

The hotel has an incredible location. There are 3 other hotels that are 5 star hotels. It is close to Masarik Street, where the best boutique stores and restaurants are located. The staff is very friendly and helpful from the moment you arrive. The rooms are big and nice (so are the bathrooms). The minibar is very well stocked. I... More

Stayed at the JW back in May 2011 on a business trip. I have stayed at JW's across the world and they are always very sophisticated and upscale. This one was the same, but tried much harder on the opulent side. The entrance, lobby and service areas all seemed somewhat overdone and over the top. The service was average, especially... More
