This hotel seems recently opened or renewed, however is sad that is just average. The room and all the areas are very nice, but again, the service could be much better, I arrived there to stay around one week but after spend the first night, I have moved to other Holiday Inn.

This is a clean, modern hotel within walking distne of the INEGI buildings. It has a good restaurant at which I ate several dinners since there were few other choices nearby. My room was clean and well lit. There was no refrigerator, but a bottle of water was provided each day. The hotel guidebook referred to a faucet with purified... More

Although location is not the best asset of this Hotel, is good enough to stay while in Mexico City. Staff is attentive and facilities are all good. Restaurant has reasonable prices and is open all night. Only setback I've found after staying there 6 or 7 times is that sometimes you get level recognition (I'm a Platinum Member IHG rewards)... Stayed at this hotel for a business trip to Mexico City. Don't go by the first impression of this hotel, from the outside it's looks like a small hotel situated right on the road but it's quite spacious within. The rooms on the Executive Floor were nice and spacious. They have free WiFi as well. The highlight of this hotel... More

Location is very convenient for quick access to both Viaducto and Periferico, moreover a metro station is just a short walk away. The rooms are of usual Holiday Inn standard, although the first room I was assigned to had a few faulty amenities (broken coffee machine and alarm clock), however the second room was OK. There are rooms with atrium... More

A well located hotel, I arrived in the afternoon, and walked a couple blocks to a Metro station for a quick visit to Our Lady of Guadalupe Shrine. Staff was kind and professional. I got an interior room with a window to the emergency stairs. Although clean, it was very small and hot. Hotel remodeling is being made, so there... More

Started out disappointed as I'd booked this through Priceline where it was labeled as being in the "Historic Center/Centro Historico" when actually it was in more of a nondescript commercial/business area, far cry from what the label had led me to think. However, it's only about four metro stops from the National Museum of Anthropology, Chapultepec Park, etc. Nice staff,... More

I am always looking for places that can offer more than a simple room for resting.Even if the place is located in the middle of a big city,i like the feeling of being at home, and this place is the right one,and the spa is one of the things that makes me wish come back if i needed.
