This as nice and well located 4 stars hotel in the west side of zona rosa in Mexico City. My only complaint is that this location has no swimming pool and the "gym" is just a room in a lower floor hotel room that doesn't have enough room or equipment. Front desk service is great. I must share the following... More

we travel with a large group the hotel staff was very nice, the restaurant has buffet for breakfast. It is overpriced but convenient. the best feature of the hotel is the location you are very close to Reforma and the "angel"

This was pretty decent, the big plus is the location, close to reforma and the various monuments, cineplex, zona rosa etc. the buffet was also not bad. The area also seems pretty safe, and the staff quite helpful. Knowledge of Spanish is a plus, but some are able to speak English. Gym could be a little bigger.

I have stayed here many times over the years. The staff have always been helpful and polite. The room is basic, the water not always hot early in the morning, but the food is good and taxis safe. The security guys watch things and there are some nice shops nearby. There is a great tourist market on Rue Londras "London... More

I had booked three rooms for a convention in Mexico City. When we arrived the rooms smelled horrible. Ended up changing rooms but as the day continued our "new" rooms started to smell worse and worse like sewage. A/C didn't work, safe deposit box originally did not work as well as one of their two elevators for a 13 story... More

As a business traveler, I would have to say it was ok. The hotel lobby is nice, restaurant was actually very good. But, the beds in the rooms were terrible, hard, and they had no comforters. Our first room had to be changed, apparently the door interlocking the rooms had no lock! Our second room's window was broken and did... More

Close to downtown and great business this hotel is a great & cheaper option if you have meetings nearby. Also, there are great restaurants surrounding an very good security.

I have been staying here for about 8 years, about 10 times a year, since it is very close to my office in Mexico City. I know this place!! Value is excellent (always under $100 with taxes), rooms are nothing special, clean, small bathroom, comfortable bed, flat screen, No CNN :-(, good working desk, free wifi. The hotel is most... More

this place is clean and not a bad value at around $75 us. lodging is pricey in DF. So I was happy with this one. only complaint was the fire alarm in my room has flashing red and green lights all night. stupid. I am bringing some tape to cover it up when I go back.

Basic accomodation but clean, comfortable and in a fairly good location ; the metro was easy walking distance. There was also a good taco stand across the road! Ask for a room above the first couple of floors though as the road and air con units were a bit noisy in the morning
