The only thing this hotel has going for it is the location, it is located in near the middle of a vibrant area of town with unlimited entertainment and dining options. The quality of service and lack of staff with an adequate command of the English language makes this hotel unsuitable for many western travelers. Hotel was fairly full but... More

Stayed in this hotel for a little over a week and I must say I had a good stayed. The hotel is very clean and I guess modern. It offers free wifi though it is very slow inside the rooms. I had best access to the wifi in the main lobby. I had breakfast in their restaurant and the food... More

The Casa Inn offers a great good priced option in the Rosa District (under 800 Mex dollars for a large double room if booked knlone). It has highly professional and helpful English-speaking staff and well appointed clean rooms including a safe, hairdryer and coffee filter! It is also conveniently located with the Antropological Museum and many other must-see sights within... More

Needed a hotel last minute in the city and found Casa Inn. I will say it was very affordable and is very clean by Mexico City standards. Great location; close to bars, shops, restaurants, banks and pharmacy and is about a 10 min walk to the metro. Rooms are a bit small but didn't spend too much time in there.... More

The only good thing about this place is that it is within walking distance to many restaurants and coffee shops. Dirty, and unkept!...along with useless staff... To put it lightly. This was the third hotel we stayed in on our vacation to Mexico and by far the worst. Couldn't even provide simple things such as coffee in the room for... More

Casa inn is a nice hotel for a day or two, i would say the price is very good considering the hotel location. this is a business hotel, cheap, clean, nice staff and nice location. *The wall in the rooms are very thin. PROS: free wifi

This review is for the restaurant only... Bad, very bad. We had to look for a clean table, most of them were dirty, as well as the floor. Service took long and food arrived cold and it was bad. We attended a business course and the toilets near the room weren't clean and toilet paper was missing. Avoid this place.

My dealer booked me in since his office is nearby and traffic is always congested. Luckily was for one night only. Rooms are very small with a micro bathroom. Furniture is shabby and old. Carpet full of stains. Linen also not very clean. My room was in between the elevator and the air conditioning room and the noise was all... More

My first trip to Mexico df, and I was nervous. several rounds of looking for hotels. I found the Casa Inn on a discount site and booked it at a reasonable price. While the hotel had some problems, like small rooms and cramped feeling lobby and the "business" center was a wall in the bar, I rated this a 4... More

We stayed in a floor with and old and dirty carpet and with the smell of wet paint for a weekend. Very small room for three persons with no space for luggage and beds that were hard as wood. Would not recommend this to a friend, will not be coming back with so many options in Mexico City and were... More
