I have stayed at the Casa Inn for years and it seems there is a cleaning issue lately. The rooms are dirty, hair in the floor and in the sheets, dust everywhere, etc. The loby is also not very clean. The Hotel has a PERFECT location, but this time it was not well clean. Simple enough.

We used this property to stay for a couple of nights during a business trip to Mexico City. It is clean and basic, rooms are small but don't lack anything. Selection of soft and hard pillows; the breakfast buffet is what you expect for, no fancy food, but good enough. Location is good, but there is a big construction site... More

We stayed at this hotel as a large group as we were there for a wedding in Mexico City, it all seemed perfect at start, the location of the hotel is great, there are several good restaurants in the surrounding areas, it seems to be safe even at night and there are always taxis available. They keys were constantly needed... More

I visited the hotel the last month with my family to get some rest and it was a delightful experience!, even that it was only for few days, my family and I could rest from our routine, and enjoy the beautiful streets of Mexico City. The personal is so kind and the food at the restaurant was very good! I'm... More

The prices are really accesible. The breakfast is really good. The rooms are small but confortable. Service is good and friendly. This hotel is not a pretentious place and the service has really good quality.
