Traveled with two girlfriends. My first room was occupied- so glad the guy had on clothes when I tried to enter the room! Second room had no not water three of our six days. A/C went out last night of my stay. One phone did not work. Safe did not work upon entry. Elevators constantly out of order. Ice acquired... More

Pros: - Close to public transportation (Paseo de la Reforma) and walking distance to main attractions like Bosque de Chapultepec, Diana Cazadora, Zona Rosa and Monumento Independencia. - Walking distance to convenience store / restaurants - Free Wi-Fi - really good - Great location - Paseo de la Reforma: Closed to cars, open only to bicycles and pedestrians on Sunday... We stayed at this hotel as a large group as we were there for a wedding in Mexico City, it all seemed perfect at start, the location of the hotel is great, there are several good restaurants in the surrounding areas, it seems to be safe even at night and there are always taxis available. They keys were constantly needed... More

I visited the hotel the last month with my family to get some rest and it was a delightful experience!, even that it was only for few days, my family and I could rest from our routine, and enjoy the beautiful streets of Mexico City. The personal is so kind and the food at the restaurant was very good! I'm... More

The prices are really accesible. The breakfast is really good. The rooms are small but confortable. Service is good and friendly. This hotel is not a pretentious place and the service has really good quality.

The only thing this hotel has going for it is the location, it is located in near the middle of a vibrant area of town with unlimited entertainment and dining options. The quality of service and lack of staff with an adequate command of the English language makes this hotel unsuitable for many western travelers. Hotel was fairly full but... More

Stayed in this hotel for a little over a week and I must say I had a good stayed. The hotel is very clean and I guess modern. It offers free wifi though it is very slow inside the rooms. I had best access to the wifi in the main lobby. I had breakfast in their restaurant and the food... More

The Casa Inn offers a great good priced option in the Rosa District (under 800 Mex dollars for a large double room if booked knlone). It has highly professional and helpful English-speaking staff and well appointed clean rooms including a safe, hairdryer and coffee filter! It is also conveniently located with the Antropological Museum and many other must-see sights within... More

Needed a hotel last minute in the city and found Casa Inn. I will say it was very affordable and is very clean by Mexico City standards. Great location; close to bars, shops, restaurants, banks and pharmacy and is about a 10 min walk to the metro. Rooms are a bit small but didn't spend too much time in there.... More

The only good thing about this place is that it is within walking distance to many restaurants and coffee shops. Dirty, and unkept!...along with useless staff... To put it lightly. This was the third hotel we stayed in on our vacation to Mexico and by far the worst. Couldn't even provide simple things such as coffee in the room for... More
