We stayed at the Casa Inn in Mexico City from Aug.1 to Aug 4, 2014. The beds and bathrooms were very clean and good. A very nice tiled shower with bench and grip bar. You get the normal amenities for the bath except for the lack of hair conditioner (which was not a problem for me, but may be for... More

Well located, clean, comfortable and with full business services, free wifi, gym, etc. If you're doing business downtown or in the Polanco-Reforma area, this hotel is a good option at better rates than the big chains, that usually charge for wifi.

The staff are helpful & friendly. The room was clean, with a newer bathroom. Not a "luxury hotel', but if you are looking for a clean room, comfortable bed and quiet, this hotel fits the bill just fine.

I found this hotel to be acceptable when I visited Mexico City, during a business trip. The room has not been as spacious as I expected, but it offered the minimum of required comfort. The place was clean and the staff was OK. Overall, I consider that everything related to this location was acceptable.

The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The location is excellent (location, location, location). The food at the restaurant is just OK, nothing fancy or special, cold coffee tho. We stayed here for one night and were not disappointed for we had a good deal booking with expedia.com.

This hotels just a couple blocks from "Paseo de la Reforma" arguably the most important street in Mexico City. From this location you can visit most attractions. We stayed 3 nights and payed around 250 USD. I was really surprised by the room. It is big, well maintained, clean and comfy. We even got complimentary parking as a birthday present... More

The hotel is conveniently located a one block from the fountain of Diana Cazadora. It is a great location to walk to Zona Roza, Paseo de La Republica, Chapultepec, and many other important places in Mexico City. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They made me feel like they knew me for years. The rooms are not really big,... More

I would not want to stay here beyond a night or two. The beds are very hard and not all that comfortable. The showers are adequate, but do not provide a steady stream, surprising for better hotels in DF. The staff are hospitable and ok to deal with. Rooms are cold and there is no heating system, only AC that... More

We stayed there for 3 nights. One of my best friend got married in Mexico city. The wedding was held at one of the best hotels in the city, just one block away from Casa Inn. The staff is amazing, we needed to rent a tuxedo and the hotel helped us with everything!!! The food is great! best chilaquiles in... More

This as nice and well located 4 stars hotel in the west side of zona rosa in Mexico City. My only complaint is that this location has no swimming pool and the "gym" is just a room in a lower floor hotel room that doesn't have enough room or equipment. Front desk service is great. I must share the following... More
