I booked this hotel for around 5 nights. Very close to many interesting things, the Angel, lots of restaurants, shops that you can go just by walking. The service was very good, all the people there was very helpful. I even had to send about 4 boxes few days before of my checking in date they kept them for me... More

Simple and pragmatic option if you want to be close to Reforma area. I stayed several weeks for business purposes. The room is simple and not very charming. Kitchen and a basic gym are two elements that I appreciate in this hotel, however a bit old. The breakfast buffet is one of the best things together with the staff. Wifi... More

I booked this hotel after looking at the photos provided on booking.com website. I have no idea how long ago these photos were taken but the rooms had been completely trashed since then. It seems the bed linen and towels had not been updated since the place was opened, and the towels and shower curtain reeked of cigarette smoke. Not... More

I looked at the hotels website and saw lovely, modern appearing rooms with a beautiful view. I don't know when or where those pictures were taken. This is not what you get. I read that people reviewing suggested requesting a room on the 8th floor or above- I did so when I booked 2 months ago- but- we were given... More

As mentioned this place is very affordable with great location. Right next to the "Angel de Independencia". You have a ton of restaurant and walking areas to explore. The area is very safe and plenty of police. Don't expect to much as the hotel is not a 5* at all. I would categories as a 2* maximum. Hotel staff not... More

First off, it's a great location but that's the high point of the hotel. The reception staff tried to over charge me on arrival. My room was cold and extremely noisy. Add this to the extremely hard bed and it made for practically no sleep any night. The hotel is a lot older than it seems but I guess that's... More

We booked this hotel through Expedia and the photos are really nice, spacious rooms, lovely views - the works. The price was great, around US$60 but I thought it was because we had a discount because of flights booked through the same site. Now, I regret that I didn't take photos of the actual room so travelers can compare. It... More

We booked this hotel thru a traveling website based on the wonderful pictures and description of the rooms. We booked the "European Suite" for some $49 per night. The European Suite showed a full kitchenette, queen bed, shower/tub, separate living and dining area and what caught my eye was the awesome view of the Angel of Independence and the city.... More

I stayed in the property for few months when I went to Mexico for work. The location is the biggest plus for the hotel. From the hotel, you can see the Angel of Independence. The location is ultra-secure I would say; in fact contrary to the information the internet is flooded with this central place of Mexico City is very... More

Worst place I stayed for this price. Wrong advertisment, rooms are old, bed is rock hard, wifi is real slow, AC does not work (checked 3 rooms, all broken), staff is not friendly at all, they didn't care about broken AC. Would call this a one star hotel.
