It was my first time in Mexico City, and we were looking for a hotel which was central to most of the tourist spots. We were looking for hotels in Polanco area, but the prices were too high. Then we came across this hotel (decent price), and booked it for 5 nights. Location: The location is great and is located... More

This was the first time I have stayed in the Reforma District of Mexico City. Previously I had only stayed in Polanco. For a fraction of the cost, by far the Reforma district is the nicer tourist area and far more fun and interesting. The Galeria Plaza is well situated within walking distance of restaurants and night life. It is... More

There are nicer and much more expensive hotels in the heart of Mexico City, but Galeria Plaza is a nice blend of quality and convenience at a reasonable price. Highly recommended. Wifi was fine. I arrived early in the morning, 7am, and was allowed to check in early for a reasonable price (about $20 US). Hotel staff had good English... More

I stayed here again and I was really impressed by their renovations. First, when I walked up to the receptionist, I told her my name and she told me that I would check in on the 11th floor. They upgraded me to an executive room and I guess they enjoy a different check in. Got up, was greeted nicely and... More

The hotel was brilliant, breakfast was really good, the swimming pool was a plus. In great location. Wifi signal in the room was very poor, same as not having it. I wouldn't stay anywhere else if I went to Mexico City again. I would mention a room with a better wifi signal though.

Had a good stay and a good experience here at the Galeria Plaza. The hotel was very modern looking. The lobby was spacious and very nice. Every morning we ate at the breakfast buffet which I personally enjoyed. The hotel was also in a great location because it was super close to main street but far enough that traffic wasn't... More

Part of Las Brisas Hotel Collection, Galeria Plaza Reforma hotel is in Mexico City's Financial District and Zona iRosa neighborhood. I spent five nights at the hotel. It is a nice property -- recently renovated, spacious and comfortable rooms, and friendly staff. There is also on-site restaurants, a fitness facility and an outdoor rooftop pool. In general, I found the... More

We left very satisfied with our stay of five nights. Here are some pluses: @The breakfast buffet was very good. We found an exceptional deal on line that included the buffet for $104. @We found the location to be good. Neighborhood has lots of restaurants and bars. There seemed to be a heavy police presence and we felt safe. It... More

My partner and I stayed at the Galeria for 11 nights in 2 different rooms during our stay. There is some construction going on across the street from the hotel so we asked for a room on the back side of the hotel. The first four nights we were in a Queen Size bedroom on the 9th floor. The hairdryer... More

The location is fantastic. Easy to walk around to various parks, museums, and close to restaurants, convenience stores, etc. Location was fantastic. The receptionist were polite and efficient. The bell boys were fine but could've been a bit friendlier. Nonetheless, overall service was nice. The room was standard. Bathroom had been modernized. The room itself was find but basic. It's...
