The only thing that stands out about this hotel is it location, very close to Reforma, it takes only two minutes to be in the business centre of the city. Apart from that there is nothing great. The property needs a serious renovation, old bathrooms with terrible showers that have no pressure, bad wifi connection with even worse system to... More

We enjoyed our one night stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable and we slept soundly. Like other posts, we also found the internet abysmal, but this was not an important consideration for us. One particularly attractive feature of the hotel was the restaurant where we enjoyed a very nicely presented dinner with a lovely bottle of... More

I've been traveling to Mexico City regularly over the last few years and was happy to come across the Galeria Plaza Reforma hotel. While the lobby isn't as modern as others, the room was above average and exceptional for the price. The location was excellent and the breakfast nicely done. If I have one complaint, which would be typical of... More

The hotel is in Zona Rosa, once THE area to be in Mexico City, now not so much because Polanco is more fashionable. Yet Zona Rosa is a good area to base yourself. Plenty of good restaurants, and shopping, in a very central location. The hotel is OK and here it goes my review: 1. Rooms: Fine, cozy, not fancy... More

The beds were extremely small, and uncomfortable. The people are really nice and they helped a lot, however, do not spend on the hotel food its pricey and not good. Good location and easy parking.....

Room was small and cozy, the service was excellent and the location is good. But the sounds of renovations around and the sounds of car horns awake us early in the morning. The rooms have no soundproofing…

The rooms are big and comfy, and the amenities are good - good TV, cable, iron and ironing board, desk. However, the wifi is really weird - you have to ask for a new code every day, and a different code for each device, so this can get a bit annoying! The room service was good, quick and friendly staff,... More

Stayed here in beginning of June for five nights for business. It was relatively good area in Zona Rosa and many things close by. I have to say that the maid service is a little lackluster. One of the days, the maid just tossed the wash cloths in a mess by the sink and she put the do not disturb... More

I recently spent six nights in Mexico City, three nights at each of two separate hotels. The first hotel we stayed at was the Galeria Plaza which is located in the very quiet neighborhood of Roma. The second hotel I stayed at was a short walk away from the central plaza. The rooms in both hotels were approximately the same... More
