Good Location, poor customer service, HOT room, 2 times had technician up to address the heat. Had a coworker who booked the same room class, (NO STATUS with hotel) and he got the correct room, I didn't. ALSO they can't find reservations made in their portals!

We stayed here in November during Dia de Los Muertos. It was a great location for the festivities. We walked to El Zocalo and back. It was a great experience. Fun to people watch. We felt safe and had no problems. The rooms were fine. Nothing special. Nice hotel bar with a very helpful bartender.

It has been a while since I stayed at the Krystal Grand in Mexico City and the hotel is undergoing a much needed renovation, but first and most importantly the hotel staff is still the best ever. When I walked up to the hotel Javier the senior bellman recognized me immediately and even remembered my name! He extended his hand... More

The hotel was a perfect stop for a business trip to Mexico City, easy access (even with the notorious traffic) to all appointments and great access to sites and shopping spots between the meetings. My room was recently refurbished and was absolutely perfect. The restaurant wasn't great for breakfasts but I think it was being refurbed too so all can... More

We want to congratulate concierge service as we had two issues and both were solved by Jorge and Gonzalo. The tour guide Juan Macedo was excellent, but unfortunately the restaurant where he took us to have lunch "La Cabaña" in Teotihuacan pyramids, we got very sick, the only person who did not get sick was the vegetarian one, that make... For the price of $80 or so, this hotels offers a good deal, however this is a 3 star hotel on its best day. 1) construction going on outside and inside, ugly view outside, allergy nightmare inside. 2) no business center due to construction so you cannot print anything. 3) lobby exchange rate to convert dollars or euros to pesos... Oh dear, these folks are caught between a rock and a hard place. The hotel may well have been grand at some point in time (around the time Columbus checked in?) but not so now. The lobby area has that feel of a top end 5 star hotel but everything else spoils the façade. What you need to know: The... More

This is the 3rd time I've stayed at the Krystle Grand in 4 months. ( I also stayed here a few times 4 years ago when the hotel was arguably much better managed.... ) Unfortunately, it will be the last. On each of my 3 recent stays, the internet connectivity has been laughably poor. ( For example, just for this... More

We booked 12 nights at this hotel thru Travelocity, as well as upgraded to an executive room because we needed two beds. At the time of check in, we asked if we could get two beds in the Junior suit and Mr. Ignacio said no problem,. We confirmed it was going to be the same price as the one quoted... More

I booked a 10 day trip to Mexico city to get away for Spring break. I understood that I was coming to the City and no a resort so I looked for a hotel with good pool/spa facilities. I came across the Krystal Grand Reforma Uno. Booking in a hurry I failed to look at the previous experiences people had... More
