Central location and distinctive architecture, but ..... Reception service slow and inefficient, with large rooms but bathrooms and taps maybe adequate in the Fyfties (1950), noisy air conditioning, wi-fi free but weak signal in the rooms. Breakfast in the range for this class of hotel but restaurant inadequate in terms of menu and Service.

Teenagers cant use the pool, they have to use it during kids hours which are very limited. I called today asking for the coffee maker refill and was told that they refill it only on the first day, after they charge you for it! Ridiculous.. Also, business center is closed on Sundays and the restaurant food is not good and... More

We arrived at 1 AM to the Hotel, and from the time we entered the staff was very helpful and it was one of the quickest check-ins I have ever experienced. Which was fabulous since we were all very tired. However we had no drinking water in the room, and for those who don't know better might cause someone to... More

Went to Mexico City for business. This hotel has a great location in the city. Too bad the inside of the building is outdated by 30 years and the food, I will never eat there again. The wifi was worse than anything I have seen in my life. Very poor considering I was there for business. The hotel taxi service... More

the Krystal Grand is a very comfortable hotel located at the beginning of the very long and elegant Ave de la Reforma. the good thing is that it gives you access to the Reforma but is also walking distance to the old city center and therefore a taste of more authentic Mexican life. apart from the excellent location, the hotel... The last time we went we noticed the place needed an improvement but the therapists were really good, now the do not show up for their apointments. That's it, no show. I made an apointment for my husband because he was so stressed and needed a good massage but he ended more stressed and angry. What can I say besides... More

We just got back from Mexico City. We had room with a great view on the 20th floor. The room is very nice, has a great bathroom, a safe, and nice beds. Most of the staff was very nice and helpful and spoke English which helped me. If you need transportation, ask for Jesus. He took us on a tour... More

The hotel is in a nice area of Mexico City. I arrived really early and there were quite a few people sleeping on the street which was a bit scary. I had planned to leave my bag at the hotel and then go out but I decided not to because of the people sleeping on the street. I arrived at... More

I stayed in this hotel for the last 5 days and had an amazing time. The hotel is beautiful with an amazing indoor, heated pool surrounded by spa's, also an amazing gym. They even provide massages and yoga classes in the hotel!!! I also have to give complements to the resturants especially the open buffet, a different must try! Also... More
