First, let me start by saying this hotel is beautiful. It's not a bad place to stay. With that said, the customer service is subpar. I will say also that the room had spotty running hot water which made for uncomfortable showers. The beds are decent and comfortable. Our room had a decent view, but nothing spectacular. The internet connection... More

The hotel itself is very impressive: a vast lobby and glass elevators with a stomach-lurching view all the way up to the 20th floor. We had booked an “Altitude” room, a junior suite, and were pleased with the size of the room. The bed was very comfortable and extremely clean. The "Happy Hour" in the evening was great and the... We recently stayed here over new year for a couple of nights. We mainly picked the hotel based on price and location. This was a mistake. On arrival in the morning at approximately 10:30am my wife was quite abruptly affronted by one of the bell boys when she asked the concierge for advise. When told we didn't have a room... More

The hotel informed us on arrival that they did not have 2 double beds that were requested until Jan 2 -- well after we leave - so we were given a King and a rollaway. This seemed fine. However, we found there was no running water in the hotel bathroom around 6pm and called for help By midnight they had... More

Service was great! As soon as you walk in is gorgeous very luxury and their rooms are amazing , however watch out once you check out to get a receipt and make sure they don't charge your credit card twice! Happened to me,yes they refunded the money few days later but that shouldn't happen

Spent a few nights here. The hotel is well placed, we could walk to the main square, and well appointed. The breakfast is really varied and one can chose from a wide range of dishes - quite the best thing about it. There is a lot of 'corporate' entertainment so not a 'family' hotel! One thing that requires attention is... More

I recently stayed at the Krystal Reforma for a brief business trip and found the hotel to be quite centrally located and an easy walk to downtown, the Alameda and the Zocalo. The hotel is modern and clean with an impressive interior 20 story lobby area. The front desk service was excellent, very helpful and friendly. The exchange rate in... More

This hotel is centrally located making it easy to get around to many sites and good restaurants. The hotel is a little dated but, overall not bad. The spa is very nice (heated pool). The breakfast buffet is nice with a lot of options. The hotel is under construction and the lobby area smells bad (paint fumes very strong). I... More

The sturdy Krystal Grand is in a good location, in what seems to be a business-district kind of area. You can walk to the Zocalo in around 20 minutes, if you can cross the six-lane Reforma without being scythed down by speeding motorists. Rooms are a decent size, clean, and well equipped, although the whole place looks like it could... More

I mean, it's hard to judge being in a foreign country and culture. The decor is a step back to the 80s Vegas. When was the last time you saw a dark green marble everywhere in the bath. Golden wallpaper with lots of mirrors and heavy gold framed ornaments. It's as if they are trying so hard to be elegant... More
